Too many Features
I am very impressed with all the features included in even the most basic paid subscription, I have no negative opinion of the value offered, my only complaint is no single plan really fits my needs - unlimited only offers 500gb, I need at least 1tb (1.25-1.5tb would be ideal), Duo with 2tb and all the other extras at 50% more seems very overloaded...
I know everyone here is asking for more storage options, myself included, but I think this could be an opportunity for you...
The Solution: ala carte - Extrapolate the comparative value of each feature/service as the plans are now and implement a simple point system.
Example - I select the unlimited plan, scroll though and deselect all the features I do not need or want, then apply those points where I can get more of what I know I need.
Like, I think the idea of having my own email domain extension is neat, but 3??? who needs 3, maybe the professionals but the lower tier pro package doesn't even have that feature at all... I guess that is one value-based complaint... I could make the pro pack's 1tb work, but the rest of that package is so stripped down I decided against it.
I don't mind paying for a package of services that may only get half used, if my needs are also met, but when the only option that checks all of the FEW requirements I have also comes loaded with 5-10 times more extra features that I know will never be used, it feels just like buying the biggest meal at a restaurant because I'm thirsty.
I would have already paid if I didn't feel like I am being pushed into paying more for what amounts to filler features I do not want. VPN, drive, email and maybe wallet is really all I would ever use, AI bothers me, my schedule doesn't lend itself to calendar use, my passwords live in my head ONLY, docs and sheets... meh... and all these frivolous extras must contribute to the price presented.
