Web Client: Upload files alphabetically and by folder

If you try to upload lots of files and folders in one go using the manual upload feature (My FIles), you might find that your uploads stop or need to be stopped, for any of a million possible reasons.

If a upload of numerous files needs to be "continued", for any reason, it would be helpful if the files were uploaded "in order" so there is a sane way to identify where to pick up from.

Currently, the uploads are done completely randomly across folders, making it impossible to easily select the next files for upload (and preventing file conflict errors). This is primarily an issue when uploading lots of files. Forcing users to assess what has already been uploaded is a problem for users, and will result in wasted resources on BOTH Proton's side as well as the users side.

Make the default method for upload a list of files to be alphabetically and folder by folder so there is precitability if it needs to be cancelled/resumed.
