Deploy the new Euro Office suite into Drive
With the launch yesterday of Euro Office (a new fork of OnlyOffice) can it be deployed into Proton Drive to give an alternative to Proton Docs. The current Docs and Sheets deployment is severely lacking in features, uses a proprietry file format which goes against protons ethos, and renders document editing impossible outside of the proton ecosystem, going as far as to force another proprietry file form (docx/xlsx) if you download it without even pausing to think about letting us use open formats.
Dev work would be minimal, as the system is already built and available for free: https://github.com/Euro-Office

Euro-Office is not from OnlyOffice https://www.onlyoffice.com/blog/2026/03/onlyoffice-flags-license-violations-in-euro-office-project-by-nextcloud-and-ionos
But integration with OnlyOffice would be appriciated

Please, could I vote many, many times for this? Years ago I was able to decouple from MSFT Office (unless imposed upon me by an employer) and was able to rely on LibreOffice for the most part. It's not a great solution if you still need to work natively with MSFT's formats; conversion is never fully successful. OpenOffice has been a good solution, but its Russian origins are troubling. The fork to Euro-Office seems like a great solution and one that Proton has supported as a partner. I realize that integrating it with the end-to-end encryption Proton provides and enabling Proton Drive as its backend will take some effort (and the Euro-Office software isn't really quite built out yet), but can you give us some roadmap as to when it will be integrated into Proton? Proton Docs is, let's be honest here, so feature-poor and walled-off as to be all but useless. I really don't want to have a largely redundant NextCloud account just to get Euro-Office. Thanks.
