I love Proton Drive's privacy-focused approach, but there's one feature I really miss: files on-demand (also known as "placeholder files" or "online-only files").
Right now, photos uploaded through the mobile app remain stored on my device, so they exist twice – locally and in the cloud. The whole point of cloud storage for me is to have my photos in the cloud instead of taking up space on my phone.

Could you consider adding an on-demand mode, so uploaded photos don't have to stay on my device and fill up my storage?

Thanks for considering!
