Sheets Cells Randomly Lose Format
When I have a cell formatted, for time duration for instance, if I change something in a linked cell, the formatted cell will revert to a decimal number and I need to go back a reformat for the time duration to show hh:mm. Can this be addressed in the next few months? Thanks!

Proton Sheets Paste as Text & Sort without Header Row
Hello! I love that we have Proton Sheets for the first time now. This is great as another way to securely save my workbooks in the end-to-end encrypted cloud. There are two features that I would be interested in off the bat that I noticed didn't make it to the initial release.
Past as Plain Text
Other workbook applications have a variety of ways to paste data. I don't see any drop down for paste in either the right click or Edit menus. I would ideally like Paste as Plain Text, and maybe Paste with Formatting (but without Formulas), etc.…11 votesPlease raise issues on Uservoice as individual requests rather than bundling them together. Proton Sheets
Proton Sheets may mean nothing if a user has not used Microsoft for years.
With the new Proton Sheets function, too few formats can (now) be imported.
Consider that many companies and countries are leaving Microsoft for alternatives!5 votesPlease raise issues on Uservoice as specific and individual requests, generic "improve" posts will be removed. Also please check ahead of doing this that they haven't already been raised. Thanks.

Proton Sheets freezes when many cells are selected
When the entire Proton Sheets document is selected (e.g. using the topmost, leftmost cell in the header region), resizing the font takes a few seconds in which the UI is practically frozen. This is most likely because all cells are actually "touched" by the code, and not just those that are marked as actually containing something.

Sheets - Delete/Backspace Keys
Pressing the Delete key in Sheets should not remove formatting of the cell, only the contents. Pressing the Backspace key in Sheets should not remove the formatting of the cell, only backspacing as needed.

"Empty" conditional formatting does not work properly in Sheets
The "Is Empty" format rule for conditional formatting in Proton Sheets is broken. It improperly applies formatting to cells that have non-formula text typed in them (meaning cells that don't start with an equals sign). It also improperly applies formatting to cells that have formulas with errors in them. It should only apply to cells that are actually empty. The only time it properly detects that a cell is not empty is when that cell has a formula in it with a valid (non-error) result.
"Is Not Empty" is also broken in a similar way (it only works correctly when…

Bug in partial column/row range selection
The sheets supports cell ranges C2:C7, column ranges C:E and row ranges in 3:7. And it does support also partial column/row ranges like C2:E or C2:5. I love this since it's really handy when creating forms that keeps expanding overtime.
But these partial ranges are not visualized correctly, the autocomplete tries to suggest functions and any place validating the formula (e.g. conditional formatting) fails to save it (properly).

Sheets - Selecting And Locking Columns Bottom Values
The behaviour of selecting the bottom values of a given column does not seem fully functional.
SUM(A2:A) works but it does not highlight the cells to which the formula is applied and so it does not feel fully functional. Which might be the case because locking the values to SUM($A$2:$A) throws the error "#REF! Circular dependency detected".
This functionality is available in Google Sheets.

Make Photalbum nide againe
Make the Photos section nice and useful again.
There's nothing worse than a photo album like the one on the iPhone...
One pot where all the photos are. You can create albums, but the photos still remain in the global Photos pot. That's very inconvenient and you can't tidy things up nicely and neatly.
Take a look at Android, where everything is folder-based. When you put a photo in an album, it's in the album and no longer in Photos.
That way, you always know what you still need to sort and what you don't.
If this could be enabled…

sheets
Hello Proton Team,
I am writing to submit a feature request regarding Proton Sheets and its integration with Proton Drive.
Currently, there is no way to save or sync Proton Sheets files directly into folders that are locally replicated on a computer via Proton Drive. This creates unnecessary friction in workflows that rely on offline access or local processing.
At the moment, the only workaround is to manually copy a sheet into a standard directory and attempt to download or convert it. However, conversion frequently fails with permission errors, even when the user owns the file. This makes it impossible…

Error when packaging Proton Drive for nixpkgs (macOS only)
I'm working on packaging Proton Drive for nixpkgs (specifically mac-drive as a binary installation, since nixpkgs has limited support for building Xcode projects). However, the application fails to launch with the error: "This application must be run from the /Applications folder. Please move it there and run it again."
This error originates from the check at https://github.com/ProtonDriveApps/mac-drive/blob/d4e01064943a52afbad8af23b4e2d36fad11f284/ProtonDrive-macOS/ProtonDriveMac/AppDelegate.swift#L59-L66.
In Nix, applications are built in the Nix store (typically
/nix/store/...) and then symlinked to their final location, which prevents them from residing directly in/Applications. This hardcoded path requirement makes Proton Drive incompatible with Nix-based package management.Could you…

EDITED: Sorry, this may be misplaced, but here goes: I cannot get Proton Drive to install on my HP ENVY x2 - 12-e011nr laptop. It's an ARM 64 bit laptop (running Windows 10 for ARM), but when I try to run the official installer for ARM (1.10.1), Windows says "This app can't run on your PC"
I've tried to run it as a local user, and an administrator, and I also ran the compatibility troubleshooter. No-go. Really disappointed with this

SSO for uservoice
I am a paid Proton user and needed to create an account to login to protonmail.uservoice.com. This needs to be SSO and not a separate login.
2 votesUservoice is a third-party platform; as such, you need to create a separate account to use it. Thanks.
