  1. Integración sección "Fotos" con "Mis archivos"

    Ahora mismo la sección de Fotos está muy verde y necesita de muchos cambios para considerarla como nativa, aunque estoy haciendo la copia de seguridad pero necesita urgentemente estas cosas:
    - No tiene buscador (por qué??).
    - No tiene línea del tiempo (a introducir en el futuro).
    - No es bidireccional, es decir, si borro una foto en el móvil no se borra de la nube, y tampoco al revés, y es un fastidio porque si subes fotos equivocadas desde el móvil tienes que borrarlas desde los 2 sitios, y puedes tener fotos antiguas que has borrado en el móvil…

  2. File naming convention

    It would be great,if we had the ability to set our own file naming convention so it would automatically rename files (particularly on iPhones) from IMG_XXX to a date/time format (e.g. YYYY-MM-DD HH.MM.SS when uploading to Proton Drive.

  4. Move files to a different location within proton drive directly, without downloading them

    I would like to move files to a different folder within proton drive without having to download and re-upload them.
    I uploaded a large number of files from a computer I am no longer using. On proton drive they are now stored under this computer, but I would like to integrate them into my other files which are on a differnt computer. The only way I see to do this is to download and re-upload them. It would be more convenient if I could move them directly. Other clouds offer this feature, e.g. on onedrive I can move files and…

  5. Swipe to next photo on iOS

    It would be great to have ability to circle between all photos in a folder by swiping left/right. Swipe down should close the preview. It is quite basic functionality among cloud drives.

  12. hotkey for trash in drive

    I want to press "T" for trashing files in Proton Drive as in Proton mail. Nice to have same hotkeys in both services. As a programmer by my self I think it is a small feature fix.

  13. Photos Guest View

    I think it would be nice to have a feature similar to Ente Photos for Guest View. The proton user selects the images they want to share and those are the only images that can be scrolled through or seen for the user holding the phone. They can exit guest view by using the fingerprint or pin that is setup. It is similar to iOS guided access. Since I am on Android I would love something like this so I can only share what I want with people I work with when I hand over my phone.

  15. Provide option to skip the Recycle Bin (Trash) when deleting files

    Currently, when files/sub-directories are removed, they are moved to the Recycle Bin (or Trash). While this feature is useful for recovery, there are scenarios where users may want to delete files permanently without the intermediate step of moving them to the Recycle Bin.

    Adding an option in the file deletion dialog (unchecked by default) that allows users to choose whether to skip the Recycle Bin and permanently delete the selected files should be sufficient.

  16. Ability to DESTROY all Proton Drive contents if specific PW entered

    If PW for Drive is requested (possible while you are under duress) you can give a KILL / DESTROY PW that will securely remove all data from Drive. The PW would give access but the appearance would be an empty drive on access.

  17. Add synced computers tab on iOS

    However when I open the iOS app I only see the existing My Files. On my windows computer I've synced, this is nowhere to be found. I don't want to reupload my already synced files into the My Files directory.

  18. Preserve date/time of folders copied to Proton Drive

    PD preserves the timestamp of files, but it doesn't for folders.
    AFAIK other cloud solutions don't offer this either, so it would be a big plus for PD to support this.

  19. Unlock Password Protected PDF's

    PDF's support password locking, and nearly every browser is capable of accepting a password input and unlocking a PDF. It would be nice if proton would identify a PDF is locked and offer the option to unlock it, then let you view it, just like any PDF. Currently it just tells you there was a problem opening the PDF.

  20. Proton Docs - Templates

    Mail, CV, Applications. etc. available as Templates directly in Proton Docs.
    Plus, the option that users can create their own and publish them, combined with a system where people can vote for the templates, so users see the most relevant templates every time.
    This would make the adoption a lot easier for people who currently use Word. This is the missing piece: I can migrate my parents and parents-in-law from Word to Proton Docs, as it's quite time-consuming for them to recreate these templates, as they are already available in Word.
