Allow switching models to better models for plus subscribers

Add a model switcher for plus subscribers that lets you choose between powerful models like gpt-oss 120b, deepseek v3.1, Mistral small and medium, kimi K2, Qwen, etc.

    Same opinion here! Give US more fine tuned selection... Because it is good, cool, and can improve user engagement, only to say a few good reasons for you
