Indicate with a note-icon if an event has something written in notes
I sometimes forget that I wrote notes to an event. It would be nice if there would be a small note-icon or some indication that there is more information added to an event. May some text/preview could also be shown under the event title in week view.

Community Plug-in Store: Solving individual problems like Deleting calendar events after some rule
It would be really great to be able to delete all events from a certain calendar. In my case, I have a vacation and a school calendar. Right now, I either have to delete all recurring School events at the beginning of vacations and create them newly at the end of vacations, or I have to manually delete them one by one to have them still recurring after vacations.

Address lookup when creating new events
Currently, entering an address for a new event is just a plain text field. Please add an address lookup so that we can search for addresses or search for locations by name.

Switch between proton accounts on Android phone for Calendar and Drive products
It is not possible to switch between proton accounts on an Android phone for the Calendar and Drive app products. I use one account for personal email and another account for business email. So I must put all my calendar events in one account. Also, when I need to save things to Drive, I must save them all to one account, then later download some of those things to my computer, delete them from Drive, and upload them to the other account. This can be a burden. Thanks

Calendar analytics
I'm a consultant and need to see how many hours I spend on which client and/or project.
For now, I use Google Calendar and TimeNavi for that. However, I'd like to use as few Google products as possible and use tools that respect my privacy. Thus, Proton Calendar.
To do this, I need to be able to at least export my calendar choosing which calendar and which dates into a CSV.
The best would be to have an analytics part where I'll be able to see directly the sum of my different time entries. And/or to work with another provider…

Label events as free or busy. Also per calendar ability to filter events from view & notifying.
Outlook allows for events to be marked as free or busy. The ICS equivalent parameters of these are transparent and opaque.
It would be great if proton calendar would allow events to be marked as free or busy and for it to be aware of these parameters from ICS.
Use case scenario: I have my work outlook calendar ICS loaded into proton calendar.
I have recurring meetings weekly, often 3 meetings overlapped at a time, from 8am-6pm daily.
As a manager, there are many meetings I need to have in my calendar in the case I need to join them.…4 votes -

Add a calendar name field when we import a calendar from an URL
When we import a calendar by URL, we have to paste the URL, validate, edit the calendar name (who is using the URL as name) to put a new name.
It could be interesting to put a "name" field close the the "calendar URL" field to save time.

Be able to link and event to another event...We have a meeting scheduled 6 days before another meeting each month.
Our HOA meeting takes place on the fourth Monday of each month. The prep meeting takes place on the Tuesday the week before. This type of linkage is not currently supported by your calendar or the Google calendar.

Support third party integrations (Zoom, Calendly)
Would you be able to have Calendly and Zoom be integrated into your calendar? This will help me have Zoom links and email reminders saved in my Proton Mail business mail calendar without having to rely on my Gmail calendar and account for these features which is the whole point of moving away from Gmail and into Proton Mail and save me money from paying Gmail and Proton Mail for the same service. Add 'email attendees' button to events
As a user, I want to send an email to all of the guests of a meeting without having to laboriously re-enter all of the email addresses in my email client.
A button to "email all attendees" would be super nice.

Indicate if events are outside view in day/week view
In day or week view, very early or late events can be overlooked without scolling. A small indication that there are more event outside the current time/view would help.

multi-day events as continuous long bars in weekly view on smartphone app
I hope multi-day events are displayed as continuous long bars in the weekly view, similar to how they appear in the monthly view, instead of showing short bars at the top each day. This only occurs on the smartphone app, while the web and desktop versions already display how I prefer.

Run multiple instances of desktop app
I'd love to be able to run multiple instances of the Proton desktop app, so I can have my calendar and my mail open at the same time and alt-tab between them. Having to navigate from calendar to mail is frustrating when making appointments via email.
