Add 'search' to web app
There should be definitely, and fast, a "search" option in Proton Calendar.
One has to be able to find a word, a name, an address etc, instead of going back searching day-by-day this item.
Search is now available in the web app: https://proton.me/support/calendar-search

This is a critical feature for some of us.

Howdy - just throwing my support behind a search feature. Without this it's almost unusable. takes many minutes to search and find something from a while ago.

I believe this deserves a lot more votes than it currently has (I gave 3). I migrated from the Google calendar, where I have a 10-year history. Often I need to look up stuff, and so now I would have to sync it back with Google to be able to search.. This is defeating the purpose for me, so I might as well switch back to using Google calendar, which I don't like.

Search feature is a must on Calendar otherwise you have to scroll through days around when you think an event might occur to find an event.

Search by time, location, participants, date, meeting title, etc. Search backward to find documentation about previous events; search forward to easily change details about upcoming events.

Without a search function the calendar is just a diary. I had to go back to g*****.

Guess I'll have to keep Google Calendar for awhile.
Example, "When was the last time you saw a dentist"". Quick check in GC tells me the answer.

I won't move off gcal until there's a search function - much though I would like to.

Agree. It would be more than nice... this is actually very important to be able to search for words in your calendar.

Yes I am very used to having a search button, I find this to be necessary. I really hope the Proton team will get this done!

Why doesn't the Proton calendar have a search function?> Really need that and it can't be that tough to add. Every calendaring app and desktop has it.

This is definitely needed in the interface, until they add this you could export all your events to a calendar application that supports searching.

Not just for past events, but also for events planned in the future!

Please add a search feature to Calendar. This is a glaring gap in the feature list of your amazing Calendar program. Currently, I have to manually scan through all of the calendar weeks to find something. Thanks!

I agree. I thought that when Calendar was released to the general public it would have a Search feature. Honestly, I don't understand rolling out an online Calendar without a Search function. I enjoy ProtonMail and would expect the same level of functionality from the Calendar, and so I am at a loss to explain why the Calendar is even being offered. Without a Search function it is simply not ready for prime-time.
