Dynamic Calendar icon - show current date
I would like the icon for Proton Calender to reflect the date rather than a static icon

Any word from the Proton team on this?

This would definitely be one of the best additional features to have. The only reason I don't competely remove the default apple calendar application is because it allows me to quickly see the date in the app icon, I never even open it. If the Proton Calendar app offered that functionality it would be amazing.

Only reason for not using Proton Calendar instead off default iOS app

Agree, it would be really helpful to have the day number show in the Calendar app, at least on iOS in my case, as the default iOS Calendar app does. This saves time opening the Calendar or locking my iPhone and watching the home screen to see the current date.

As I would rather use Proton calendar than Apples I do think this is a deal breaker!

This needs to happen badly. It’ll probably take a bit in terms of design, but currently replacing the calendar icon just looks off.

It would be nice if the calendar app icon showed the date rather than the generic 31 it currently shows.

Bump. @proton, please address this.
It seems minor, but if you want people to transition from the organic iOS app, you need to maximize productivity of the icon. That means including the active date.

The icon on the phone for Proton Calendar only shows 30. It's static, and doesn't change with the day of the month. Make the icon display the day of the month, so that users don't have to enter the app to find out.

Agreed, change the static app icon to a dynamic icon that reflects today's date on mobile. A much-needed feature for quick-referencing today's date.
