Task/ To-Do List

An essential feature, which would make it easier to move away from Google

A stand-alone task list app would be so helpful. I currently use Google Keep extensively to keep track of everything, grocery shopping list, daily/weekly to do lists, errands to run, home projects, etc. I would love to move off of Google asap and use a Proton task list. Thanks!

Yes please! I'd love a Proton Tasks that will coincide with both Calendar and Mail. Checkboxes, the ability to move tasks around as needed and so on!

I find Google calendar's Reminders feature very useful, as opposed to having to create a whole event every time like I do in Proton Calendar currently.
It could just send a device notification with the title of the reminder at a specified time and allow me to click "Completed" or "Snooze for (insert time)". Perfect for reminding myself to call someone back in an hour or pick up my dry cleaning at 4pm!

Implement a todo or task event similar to the options of Google Calendar.

I would really like to see this feature implemented. I went through multiple pages of features and found 3 more that kind of request the same and asked to give votes to this idea. The watering down of support for this feature does not help it...
If your just visiting consider giving your votes to this idea!

This is the only thing keeping me from making the switch to proton calendar.

This is very important feature for me which still holds me in google environment. Simple tasks combined with calendar (in a similar way as google has it) is all I need.

This is exactly what I want as well.
The ability to add a reminder, be notified, then mark it done to archive but keep in calendar, just like Google calendar.

Lack of this component is the only thing keeping me from being able to switch from Google calendar.
I need to be able to add a reminder, get a notification, then mark it as done to archive (but keep in calendar) just like Google calendar.

This is a MUST! I currently use the Microsoft To Do which is incredibly mature from my perspective. A google taks would also suffice so I can just have everything calendar wise on one platform.

I think a task/To-Do list would improve the calendar so much. I like working with the calendar, and be able to make a To-Do list would help a lot. Maybe something like the Google Calendar.

This is a must. Without an integrated task list, the calendar is useless for me.

It is a must for me to continue!

This is key: "and you mark it as "Done" to archive it" (but probably keep it in the calendar) because you want to have a historical record of when you've completed a task (not simply deleting it).
Then, I would move off of Google calendar.

Seriously considering upgrading to a pro version of ProtonMail to consolidate all accounts, but would absolutely must have the ability for a tasks module to be integrated, be able to click a message from the list and add it tasks, set due dates, etc.

+3, really, really, want this, very useful and I am sick to my back teeth, and back again to front teeth and then back again to back teeth (non-native speakers of English may not get this, sorry) of standard web privacy intrusive apps and companies. We never used to have this level of intrusion into our personal lives and I don't see why we have to suffer it now for some basic everyday functionality.
Proton, you do a great job, please implement this :) -
