Allowing big calenders from published ICS (Outlook)
I'm currently trying to show my corporate calendar in Proton, using the Outlook publish function. In the default iOS app this works flawlessly.
in proton I get a error 'Not syncing' 'Too big'. Indeed it's a big calendar, but this should not be an issue. Google/iOS have no issues with this size.

Set as default calendar on mobile
Android doesn't allow me to set the default Calendar app to Proton Calendar, only the stock Calendar or Outlook

Duplicate Event Multiple Times
Duplicate Multiple Times takes you to the calendar month view where you can simply highlight multiple days to paste the event to multiple times. I believe all gig workers will appreciate this.

I would appreciate if at some point we are able to customize the appearance of the mobile widget. For example, change the background color and opacity.

Customize event color names
Hello everyone,
First, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to vote for new features, it's especially great to see that you actually implement them.
I have a specific request: I'd like to customize the event color names so I don't have to remember which color corresponds to each category.
For instance, I currently use "Olive" for spare time or vacation events, and "Fern" for health-related events. I'd prefer to rename these colors to reflect the categories directly, rather than relying on their default names like "Fern" or "Olive."

handling of calendar entries
moving, copying or deleting calendar entries ist pretty cumbersome and slow with the current setup.
i would appreciate if this could be changed so that calendar entries could be selected, copied or cut with ctrl-c/ctrl-x and pasted to another weekday. some goes for deleting entries by selecting them with the mouse and just press the delete key.

Preserve All properties when Importing Calendars
I feature I love about Proton Contacts is that any properties that Proton doesn't support still get preserved e.g. Apple-specific stuff (
X-APPLE-...:) for contact posters. This makes it very useful for backups and reducing lock-in as I don't have to worry about losing any data.The same does not occur with Calendars, e.g. if I set any
CATEGORIES:on an event, import, then export, the export does not contain it in the VEVENT entry anymore so presumably it's not been imported in the first place.1 vote -
Export Color for Calendar and Events
We can now create events with their own color, and import events with a
COLOR:#...set, but exporting does not contain the calendar nor event colors.At least for events, this seems to be intentional: https://github.com/ProtonMail/WebClients/blob/2a9685b89d7127f29c53020d38e765b513772df4/packages/shared/lib/calendar/export/export.ts#L155
However, by not exporting this, it's effectively a lock-in / walled-garden -esque feature, so I cannot in good faith use it because I know that for now I would lose it if exporting for use elsewhere.
This should be enabled in at least the following places:
- export of a calendar should include calendar and event colors

Events in iOS Proton Calendar app going until midnight show up as half hour event
Hi,
So I've been using the Proton suite for a few months now, but I've come into an issue. When I add any event (doesn't matter if created on desktop, web or iOS), then in my iOS Calendar app it show the event as only a half hour event, rather than the full block until midnight.
Is this something that could be fixed? I regularly work shifts until midnight and I already forgot to go to work once, because I didn't see a big block in my agenda like I'm used too.Thanks

In “Contacts” make address format country specific
In “Contacts” make address format country specific.
In the UK:
First line is either property name or street
Second line which isn't always present is a village or area
Third line is the major conurbation.
Fourth line is Post Code
Country may be England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales but is also UK3 votes -
FULL DAY - STANDARD
Add the "All Day" option to the calendar's default settings, so that every time you create an event, an "all day" event is created, already marked (enabled) by default for that calendar.

Save button is under the save notification
It can be cool if the default position of the pop up when I create new event is not at this position, because when I save my event and create another one, the save button of the second event is under the save notification, so it's annoying because i have to wait for the notification to go away to save the new event

Automatically create event on iOS mobile when event is created on desktop
Currently, when an event is created on desktop, the event isn't created on iOS mobile until the app is opened on the phone.
The following use case recreates the problem on iOS
- Close Proton Calendar mobile app on phone
- Open Proton Calendar via a browser on a separate device such as a laptop
- Create an event for 30 minutes in the future with a reminder 15 min in advance of the event
- On the phone, when the time of the event / reminder occurs, a notification never renders on the screen at the appropriate time

Auto-adjust the default time zone for the end of event based on time zone for the start of event
When specifying the time zone for an event, usually an event ends in the same time zone where it starts.
Currently, it is necessary to find and select the time zone twice when creating an event with a different time zone.
In 99.9% of the cases, this is unnecessary work. Could you please revise the time zone selection part of the event creation form so that when the time zone for the start of an event is selected, that same time zone is also selected for the end of the event so that the only time one would select both…

Add agenda view to Day, 3 Days, and Week views
On iOS currently when you are on “Day”, “3 days” and “Week” view the lower part of the screen is a schedule view.
It would be nice if there was an option to change that lower part to the Agenda view so there is no scrolling needed to see your scheduled things.

Remove a canceled single instance of a recurring event from an external sender
When an external sender cancels a single instance of a recurring event that I'm invited to, I would like to be able to get that event off my calendar.
Desired user experience:
1. Person invites me to a recurring event series
2. Person sends a cancellation for a single instance of the event
3. I receive the cancellation and see the instance w/ a strikethrough and "canceled" status on my calendar
4. I open the event and press "Delete" (or trash icon)

Decline a single instance of a recurring event from an external sender
When an external sender invites me to a recurring event series, I would like to be able to decline single instances of that event.
Desired MVP user experience:
1. Person invites me to a recurring event series
2. When I need to decline a single instance of an event, I go to that event on my calendar and set my "Attending?" status for that instance to "No, I won't attend"
3. I am prompted whether I'd like to decline just this event, all future events, or the entire series. I select 'this event'.

Option for persistent notification pop-ups
Currently alert popups appear for a few seconds and then disappear.
Add setting to allow notification pop-ups to persist and accumulate. First one triggers at 9:00 and stays visible. Second one triggers at 9:30 and appears with the first one. Others added later as they trigger.
Act on them individually to dismiss, snooze, or edit. Also provide snooze all and dismiss all.
Whether all or individually, Snooze option offers a few standard durations, one of them a user-defined default which is editable.

Hour is false on widget (android)
On widget and notification of upcoming event are not at the right hour (1 hour more)

Automatically follow system theme should update the theme when the system theme changes
MACOS Desktop version: When the system theme changes while the app is running as of now you gotta restart the app or go into settings and toggle the theme settings manually. For me this makes the feature worthless since I have the app open all day.
