Family Plan for Mail and VPN with Parental Control
As everyone is already asking for a Family plan I don't have to repeat this. I would be up for a Familyplan including VPN and then add a Parental Control function. Changes needed:
- Family plan for up to 6 Persons 2 of those are "Grown Ups" and 4 are Child-Accounts
- VPN Client that can be forced and not turned off for the Child-Accounts
- Family filter or at least Surf-report for Parents of the Child VPN Access
- Family Filter or Report for Child Mail Accounts
I really like Proton and its Plans and think this would be a great addition for their current Plans.

Whilst I could support blocking, any form of tracking or logging of a child user would likely be against Proton's mission and should not be implemented.

The ability to block specific websites ( like tiktok / facebook etc ) would be great.

To set up a family plan that includes email, VPN, and parental control features, you can consider the following steps:
Choose an email service: Look for an email service provider that offers family plans or multiple user accounts. Some popular options include Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and ProtonMail. These services typically allow you to create separate email accounts for each family member under a single plan.
Select a VPN service: Find a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service that supports multiple simultaneous connections. This allows each family member to connect to the VPN using their own devices. Look for VPN providers that offer family plans or multiple device connections, such as NordVPN, ExpressVPN, or Surfshark.
Set up parental control software: There are various parental control solutions available that can help you monitor and restrict your children's online activities. Some popular options include Qustodio, Norton Family, and Kaspersky Safe Kids. These tools allow you to set content filters, manage screen time limits, and monitor browsing history to ensure a safe online environment for your children.
Configure individual accounts: Once you have chosen the email service, VPN, and parental control tools, create separate accounts for each family member. Assign unique email addresses, VPN login credentials, and parental control settings to each account based on the specific needs of each family member.
Educate and communicate: It's important to educate your family members about online safety, responsible internet usage, and the purpose of parental control measures. Foster open communication and establish guidelines to ensure everyone understands the expectations and benefits of using these services.
By following these steps, you can set up a family plan that includes email, VPN, and parental control features to enhance privacy, security, and control within your family's online activities. Remember to review the features and pricing of each service to ensure they align with your specific requirements and budget. https://vancedapp.net/
