An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedIt's called "admin" for a reason 🤣
Enable 2FA on the Admin account to protect it.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedI am paying for a Visionary plan (including six users, but we are only two people).
1. It seems "necessary" (not to say "imperative") to find a balance for cases where families or users don't need six accounts but one or two, and also those requiring more than only six.
2. The "main" reasons to upgrade to Family or Visionary are the extra storage space and the ability to manage subscriptions from a single account. I prefer much more adjusted pricing (per user) with the option to buy extra space if needed (which might not be the case for everyone, and they want to stay within the default limits).
Beware of undesired changes: making pricing adjustments doesn't mean dropping features. We are paying for higher plans and only suggesting a pricing review.
I want to keep supporting Proton and my Visionary Plan, but requiring 360€/year for two users seems completely out of place.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedQuestion for those requesting this feature:
"How do you get a Login Link (to eliminate the need for a password) if you are not logged into your email?"
Personally, having a Password + 2FA is the right way for most users to proceed. If you want more security, consider YubiKey and use a physical device (you have a key for your house and another for your car, so why not have one for your online account?).

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedIt would be nice to create virtual cards but also disposable cards (similar to what Revolut offers) so that the card number is invalidated after one purchase.
Furthermore, as part of the Proton Pass service (where we can store card numbers), this could be a built-in feature!

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedThis is not only a Family Plan issue. I am paying for a Visionary plan (including six users, but we are only two people) and facing the same problem.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedProton was not using direct IMAP because it was incompatible with their encryption for security and privacy reasons. There was the Bridge add-on to bypass this case, but it still was concerning because mail clients could have telemetry procedures running in the background. Now Proton has released a native Desktop app, so why would this protocol be useful?

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedGrammarly doesn't seem to be operational either for Proton sites, so an alternative solution might be not to block (or make it compatible) this service.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedWhere's the point of adding integration between OwnCloud (that can be updated to track whatever you want, as it's plain PHP and easy to change) and Proton Drive (that is supposed to run away from this surveillance)?

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedProton Mail already has Business subscriptions, so I am unsure how to understand this ticket's meaning...

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedIt would be better not to use SMS' at all due to all the plain text security issues. Otherwise, there's no need to keep using Proton because anyone sniffing the network could get plain text codes to break into the accounts.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedThe native Mail Desktop app is now in Beta for Visionary plans. Proton needs to make money to maintain the service, so getting everything for free doesn't seem a viable option.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedThis could be problematic as 2FA is there precisely to protect your account. If you want easy access to your account, wouldn't be enough if you don't drop your cookie?

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedPersonally, I don't see any problem with allowing logins through any of the addresses. Especially if you have enabled 2FA and Sentinel. I prefer to keep the service as is rather than drop an existing feature that might be used by many other users, even if you are not aware of it.

ProtonMail offers encrypted contacts for both web and mobile applications (https://protonmail.com/blog/encrypted-contacts-manager/). Calendar and note functionality will be released in the future.

An error occurred while saving the comment David Garcia commentedIt sounds like non-privacy friendly, as it’s against the privacy by default core value.
A search bar might lead to a privacy breach because Proton might need to break the encryption to search for matches.
If ever implemented, this should be a toggle feature and requiring an external email address to notify (with enough time) that the proton account will be removed due to inactivity in the upcoming days or weeks.
