2. A account wide, global, "Don't annoy me" toggle.

   When enabled, No "Security advice" will be shown in UI like suggesting that I add my phone number under recovery. No "Upgrade to this next big plan". No "Almost at limit, upgrade to business".

   Just let me use the service without having to close 10 popups and read 15 warnings all trying to push me to buy a business plan or apply settings that are I am not interested in. I already paid what I think is good, and have already setup what I think is good.

   Stop it, let me live in peace.

4. Bring listed.to back to life. (It’s a bit dead in the water)

   Bring listed.to back to life and make sure you can link domains again. I think a lot of people would like to see their blog back in a European environment, and standard notes with listed.to are perfect for this.
   I'm even willing to help (for free!) if necessary. (I've been a programmer for 30 years, so I should be able to do it 😂 )

   Without these FREE features, users like me can not properly draft a bit more complex emails with cut and/or copy and paste.

   Maybe it's just me but if these features do exist, they are not easy to find.

   Or are these Undo/Redo features just for none FREE accounts?

   If this is the case and the Undo/Redo feature is just for PAID accounts, it seems Proton management needs a rethink to keep their FREE features updated to what Gmail and other FREE email accounts offer.

   Proton Security & Privacy does NOT mean anything if one can not properly draft an email, fonts aside.

   I complained about all of the aforementioned to support@protonmail.zendesk on October 19, 2025 and got a terrible and unintelligent reply; case # 4085233. Proton management can see my complaint and review it for themselves.

6. Allow payment for Proton subscription plans before the due date

   My renewal for Proton Duo is about a month away. I was looking on the Proton website for a way to pay for the next 12 months before the renewal date, but to no avail.

7. Multiple Account Support/Switching - General

   Some combination of apps/platform allows for multi-account management/switching. Proton Mail does that across the board, Proton Drive does that in the browser but not on mobile, Proton Pass allows this on the desktop but not with the browser extension... Considering Proton is a suite of apps, all apps/platform should consistently allow multiple accounts switching/management regardless of the combination of apps/platform... 8. Universal Proton client

   It would be very useful to implement your proton email client so one could add also other email clients in (google, exchange,...). Really like the mail app, and would like to use it as my daily driver, but since I have also work emails I need to check regulary and do not want to have two email clients installed, I just use outlook/gmail. Sure I can add my proton account to outlook, but that kinda looses the whole idea on having a secure email.

10. Hide unused labels instead of delete them

    Sometime a label is useful during a certain period of time. Despite a label is no longer applied to new messages, it is still important to be kept to tag old ones. For example, a messages related to a renovation you've made to your house in the past. The renovation is over, but you want to keep the history.

    For the sake of cleanliness, It would be useful to be able to hide unused old label from the side bar. Messages tag with that label should still be found though.

11. I would like a way to get automatic updates when the Proton Breach Observatory is updated

    I see that there is a new Proton Observatory, I am a Proton user, If there was a feature such as an RSS version of this I can set a watch against it and be notified if the site is updated. Alternatively I need a way to sign up to be notified such as an email subscription list or similar.

13. Better handling of app URIs

    iOS and other mobile devices still struggle to process app URLs correctly. Very often, instead of opening the relevant app, instead a Web browser or app store launches, presenting completely useless, generic views.

    Accordingly, it would be really helpful were the various Proton platform mobile apps, to check the scheme of URI's to see if the OS has a registered app, and open those directly, rather than attempt to launch the URI directly in a mobile or embedded browser.

    This UX quirk happens basically every single time a mobile app URI appears in Proton Mail or other Proton apps.

16. to be able to download the archive folder files onto external storage or a desktop folder

    I would like to be able to download the entire contents of a location eg "Archive" onto a desktop folder on my computer, that way I can put it on external drive and free up space and crowding in my email account

17. Android Device encryption and protection

    I think it would be a game changer if proton would get in more involved with Android devices. Android is after all as they claim allegedly open source.. but Google it is let me have all your data and we will do this for you?? The biggest thing Google claims to be able to encrypt your entire device from your Google account in their password manager section of security. Why not be able to encrypt it by the best proton?? Full device encryption???? More integration into the Android ecosystem. or even something similar to Graphene OS?? If proton were ever to come out with similar options it would be a game changer to Android..... A proton privacy sandbox if you will for Android? People do not realize the trackers that are already built in and integrated into their Android device when they first take it out of the box and agree to the terms of service Samsung for example is bigger data minor than Google trust me I know.... A form of app encryption? Encrypted by proton themselves. For example many do not know it but your photo gallery is not private anymore especially on a Samsung device your photos they have access to at any time you have to give permissions just to use your own gallery... Same goes for your text messaging Samsung phones and most other Android phones are AI integrated so everything you do has federated learning and Google's federated computing that they show you all the time in their terms of service in reality was created to give developers more access to your data not to protect you from the AI there I said it... If you don't believe me you can go to Android AOSP search federated computing and if you look just right you will see it yourself it is to give more access to developers for consumers data in their own words...

19. Add option to disable blinking eyes of Lumo cat

    Lumo is great new thing, but I find the constant blinking of the cat's eyes on the mobilemapp to be distracting. It would be great if there was an option to turn off all moving images and other distracting items. This would make the application better accessible for most. 20. Scam Call Protection Integrated into Proton VPN

    With ProtonVPN's stated mission of protecting individuals' digital lives, a natural progression for Proton and its VPN is to include scam calling screening and protection into the digital tools that Proton provides currently. This would be best integrated into the VPN app, where it would be most effective in monitoring calls and providing forewarning and steps for potential scams. This type of feature is provided with NordVPN service, which is another powerful VPN tool with decent security measures, which makes me believe that Proton would be able to improve on this service with ProtonVPN, enhancing our digital security even further.
