Would be cool if anyone could vibe code apps within Proton environment
I used Claude to make a not so simple todo "app" that loads in my browser. Works great! Would be great if it ran inside Proton Drive or wherever it would be encrypted and synced. In fact, would be great if we could vibe code whatever we wanted inside Proton encryption universe and it syncs the data. Apps could be private or public. Proton could have an entire app "store" of user made apps.
I have never written a line of code in my life. This idea is for non-coders!

Proton Meet: Allow the host of a locked meeting to selectively admit new attendees. The problem is that as it stands now a meeting is either locked or unlocked. If it is locked, there is no way to admit anyone else without unlocking the entire meeting which then allows anyone with the link to enter. Selectively admitting guests to a locked meeting gives the host much more control over securing a meeting.

Financial Data Aggregator
Would love to have a financial data aggregator a la Quicken or Mint using Proton encryption and collaboration to be able to be shared with my partner on my Proton Duo account. Net Worth, Budgeting, Retirement, Debt tracking, Credit score tracking, receipt tracking, etc. Integrate via Mx or Plaid, use budget notifications. Maybe even pairing with ID Protection insurance programs like Lifelock or Allstate ID Pro+.

Report Phishing from Right Click Inbox
I've noticed that when a new phishing email comes into my inbox that doesn't get filtered automatically into spam when I right click before opening the email there is no option to report phishing. It's only when you open the email that the report phishing option appears.

Focus next email after deleting a mail
When wanting to delete multiple email, currently the quickest way is to check them in succession and hit delete.
When accidentally clicking somewhere, all currently checked emails are cleared (which is super annoying).It would be more convenient if the next email would get focused after having deleted one (as in Mac's) mail. This allows to read the current mail again and, if necessary, skip it from deletion.

As it is already possible in Google Drive I would like to be able to search for keywords inside my Drive documents (OCR scan, docs, sheets etc.). Once this funtionality is enabled count me and my family in.

More domain names and apps for docs and sheets
Will you ever expand to other domain names (e.g. proton.be specifically) because the email I want is not available for either proton.me or protonmail.com.
Also having desktop apps for docs and sheets would be great, i like editing on desktop apps rather than my browser.

Secure native integration of Proton services together and with external services (granular consent & scoped tokens)
Many privacy‑focused users including myself run several Proton services alongside automation platforms such as Make and Home Assistant. Because Proton does not yet expose a secure, granular API, we have to resort to work‑arounds:
Forward selected Proton Mail messages to a Gmail account.
Let Make read that Gmail inbox, filter the messages, and then push the extracted data into Google Calendar or other third‑party services.As a result, Google (or any other intermediary) ends up with full visibility of the forwarded emails, and Make gains access to the entire mailbox, not just the specific messages we intended to share.

I’ve been using Proton for a while now because I really care about privacy, but it’s frustrating that there’s no direct Zapier integration for Mail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, or Docs. Adding native support would let me set up simple automated workflows without having to do everything manually or use workarounds that feel clunky. It’d make Proton way more useful for daily productivity while still keeping everything secure.

Important to me is what do you do with your audio process?
Most conference services will "improve" the audio by having auto-gain, reducing feedback (by cutting one of the audio sources!) or some other kind of processing. For users which want to talk this can be Ok or even good, but for music classes this is terrible. What kind of audio process do you do? how much is the time delay (latency) from one end to the other?

Allow SMS Backup & Restore app to back up to Proton Drive
A lot of people in the GrapheneOS community use an app called SMS Backup & Restore. It allows backups to automatically sync to Google Drive. When I asked the app team if they would support backing up to Proton Drive, they said they would love to but the Proton team has to allow it first. I'm unsure of the technical details, but is there any way this could happen?
