Beta Tester
Hi, I am currently a Beta Tester and would like to know is there any way we could be notified of updates made to each software in the Eco System. I have to manually go into each app within the Google Play store and check for updates. If we were notified we could all download latest update ASAP. Proton Trouble Ticket App
Would find this much easier than the web page. All services under one app to quickly and easily submit one or more tickets for multiple issues all at the same time, instead of having to navigate and create brand new tickets for each incident from the website. Would eliminate extra steps.

Lumo - Option to Disable Fake Typing Animation
I’d like to request a feature that allows users to disable the typing animation (typing indicator) when Lumo is generating a response. While I understand it adds a conversational feel, I personally prefer seeing the full response immediately without the simulated typing delay.
It would be great to have a toggle in the settings to turn this feature off for a faster, more streamlined experience.

Online help documentation needs updated
Online Help Documentation needs to be updated. I have experienced incorrect online help documentation during numerous searches. My last experience was with Lumo. The search results were inaccurate when I needed to change email settings and add a new email address. I had to figure it out on my own.
If a feature of any Proton product gets changed in any way, the documentation needs to be updated and posted the same time of the product update patches get released. That is good business practice.

Customize organization of lumo chats into folders/tags
Being able to categorize chats or even better particular answers lumo gives into folder/tag categories to be able to quickly recall or browse would be extremely helpful to leverage the computing power used, reduce having to ask the same question again, and being able to look at answers all at once (eg: research project, games, special interest subject, etc...)

Spyware detection toolkit for Proton Sentinel
As an extension of Proton Sentinel, Proton could develop an application that, for example, based on the MVT (Mobile Verification Toolkit) from the Amnesty International Security Lab, would allow end users to examine their smartphones for signs of infection with spyware such as Pegasus. Proton Sentinel is already specifically aimed at particularly vulnerable people, but only offers the protection of the Proton account. A user-friendly tool to examine your own device at least for known traces of spyware, even without prior technical knowledge, would be another step towards protecting people from surveillance.

End to End encryption will become a moot point as far as privacy is concerned once AI becomes integrated into OS. Microsoft has made it clear that it wants copilot to be "An AI companion for everyone" and "see what we see and hear what we hear", NVidia wants to copilot everything. Display From address in summary list
In the folder view it only shows the display name on the email address, but this makes it harder to fully identify the source without the domain. For spam safety it helps you spot bogus domain names so you can reject it without looking. For regular emails it helps when someone's display name is just their name; I have to open the email to know if it's from a company I want to communicate with. Add better filter/sort for Inbox in Proton Mail
While filters allow you to set up rules for moving emails to other folders, I find when I do that I often miss important emails because I watch my inbox but don't have time to regularly go through every folder. When it's time to clean out my inbox (currently have 357 unread messages), it's nice to go through them by sender. I can sort by the size of the email or the receipt date, but not by sender. I can type in a filter at the top, but I have to remember to check "Inbox" or it shows me everything.…

Hey Lumo team,
I love the animated Lumo avatar, but it would be awesome to let users customize it. A few ideas:
- Theme picker – dark, neon, minimalist, etc . & Upload your own short GIF/PNG (with an optional “animation off” toggle for low‑bandwidth mode).
- Live preview before saving, so we can see how it looks in‑chat.

Proton Profile
I want a firefox/windows feature that captures my user profile. I can launch it on a fresh linux install and it immediately brings my entire user profile down to the local device - so i can start working right where i left off.
All my short cuts, firefox favorites, etc.Ideal for say a debian live usb stick - i install proton profile and boom im productive immediately right where i left off.
It local self destructs based on user setting or on idle.

Proton is a very solid service and I'd like to see it expand to new markets such as Latina America, where privacy doesn't seem to be a great concern and now we're seeing a lot of private data leaked, stolen, etc., and all the crimes that come with it.
