   Not being able to read an email and create a calendar event at the same time is ridiculous.
   having to switch the "app" withing the "app" to do so totally breaks the workflow of creating an appointment while reading an email.

2. Please update the Mac desktop app to allow multiple windows

   I use ProtonMail's app on my Mac laptop everyday. However, I'm frustrated by the inability to see email and the calendar at the same time. I resort to logging in via a browser and accessing the calendar there instead. That's a pain, though. How about some way to look at both of these from the app at the same time?

3. A request to help with UserVoice moderation, cleaning up spam and unresolved ideas

   This is a feature request for better management of this platform for more direct feature requests. I have been a long-time user and have been actively engaged on this platform, particularly in documenting the various inconsistencies and spam that have been an issue.

   I believe I have a clear understanding of the platform's shortcomings, as shown in my report, and would be willing to assist in the following ways:

   • Flagging Spam and Irrelevant Content: I can help actively flag and report the off-topic and irrelevant posts that have been appearing.

5. Overhauled UI & Settings Across Apps

   I've noticed across the apps on both desktop and Android that theres no consistent UI and Setting Changes.
   It may just be an OCD or autism thing from me but I recon it would be nice if proton implemented an overhaul on the apps UI so that all settings options are consistent (apart from app function exclusive)

   For example, the android mail app is just simple and "blockish" the vpn app has a decent UI but it has a icon changing feature (which I presume is implemented as a censorship hiding thing) like a dark mode which isnt present across all apps

   Proton should make a deal with Fairphone to become the default digital workspace provider for their phones that run /e/OS. It would be a great way to promote the Proton app ecosystem, while also promoting Fairphone. Ensuring that your apps run well on /e/OS would mean that Proton provides support for most deGoogled versions of Android.

   Having the Proton apps be the default digital workspace provider on the Fairphone 6 with /e/OS would get a lot of media coverage. You might even be able to convince Fairphone to provide a promotion in which Fairphone users get a discounted introductory rate with a first time sign up from Fairphone. Even better would be having ProtonMail (and/or other Proton apps) installed by default on their Fairphone with standard Android phones so that their users know that they have options outside Gmail and Google. Maybe you could be added to the DMA choice screen as an option.

   Fairphone not only wants to promote sustainability but also privacy. I feel that your missions have significant overlap. The Proton Foundation could help Fairphone users escape big tech.

9. Scam Call Protection Integrated into Proton VPN

   With ProtonVPN's stated mission of protecting individuals' digital lives, a natural progression for Proton and its VPN is to include scam calling screening and protection into the digital tools that Proton provides currently. This would be best integrated into the VPN app, where it would be most effective in monitoring calls and providing forewarning and steps for potential scams. This type of feature is provided with NordVPN service, which is another powerful VPN tool with decent security measures, which makes me believe that Proton would be able to improve on this service with ProtonVPN, enhancing our digital security even further.

10. "Mobile Apps" Category for Proton Pass

    I have dozens of iOS app logins which are usually email/password or sign in with apple etc. Currently I am using lots of notes in my vault - this is messy and aesthetically annoying! It would be nice to have an icon to differentiate between iOS apps and notes.

12. Resolve the glitches in editing a table within a Proton Doc while on a mobile device.

    We are a small co-operative team trying to collaborate. We are using mobile devices, and we can't easily edit tables because:

    1. Selecting the column is a bunch of trial and error
    2. Sometimes we start entering information in, and then it stops allowing us to type in information, requiring multiple attempts.

    Please resolve these bugs. This is hindering adoption for our teammates.

14. Always connect to Proton Wallet using a password.

    The Proton wallet should be more secure by enabling its two additional options:
    2) Always require a password to log in to Proton Wallet, even if we are already logged in to another Proton application. Ideally with two-factor authentication.
    1) Log out after a few minutes of inactivity.

    Context: I just realised that:
    1) Even if I don't tick the ‘Remember me’ box, as soon as a session is open on the computer, I can log in to Proton Mail or Proton Wallet or other services without a password on the Vivaldi browser. This is still the case even after deleting cookies.
    2) If I am logged into Proton Mail and click on the ‘Proton App’ button, I can access my Proton wallet without entering a password.
    Therefore, if I forget to log out of a Proton application, anyone with access to my computer could log into my Proton wallet.

    I do not find this secure at all.

    Two bits of information would have helped me as I onboarded to the Proton ecosystem if they were placed front and center:

    1. Make it obvious that there's a limit to the number of times you can delete an email. As I set up a strategy for myself, I created a number of emails that I then wanted to rename, and hit the limit of deletions. This could be as simple as showing a generic message every time a user tries to delete an email that says "Are you sure you want to delete this email? You are only allowed to delete an email X times.

    2. Although I'm fairly technical, I'm new to the world of self-hosted email DNS. I first set up self-hosting through Proton Mail, and then found that one can also self-host email domains through Proton Password to use for aliasing. It would have been very helpful in both places to say that you can not host the same domain for each use case - it needs to be one or the other. Many people probably know this, I did not, and it would have saved me and Proton Support time by surfacing this info up front.

17. Bad Proton platform interaction with ICS email attachments

    Proton Mail often fails to present UI controls to accept/decline calendar events.

    This happens for about 10% of ICS attachments, depending on the service that generates the event data.

    The Proton Calendar website permits these attachment files to be uploaded and accepted.

    The Proton Calendar mobile app, such as for iOS/iPadOS, fails to support ICS file uploads.

    This causes unnecessary friction for mobile users.

    Please fix the mobile Proton Mail and Proton Calendar apps to handle the very same ICS data as the Proton Calendar website.
