Generic csv doesn't import all data
When I import via generic csv, it only imports the passwords but no other data. I had to manually delete every password.
I also checked via notepad, that the user names are indeed in the csv file. If it could be figured out how I can import the csv file with all the data intact.
I'm exporting from Zero password manager and can export json, as well.
Thank you

Copy 2FA-code from Apple Watch to a related device
On my Apple Watch I can view TOTP codes through the Proton Authenticator app, but there is no way to copy these codes via the global clipboard to a related device.
Until recently, I used Synology Secure Signin in combination with C2 Password, where this functionality works perfectly. I would very much like to see this available in Proton Authenticator as well.

Quick access feature on MacOS
Adding a quick access feature on MacOS like 1Password have. This would really help when the browser extension doesnt activate on a input field or you need to login off the browser in another app.

individual 4-6 digit PIN codes added as option for high risk logins
Proton Pass already keeps your data safe with two-factor authentication, which is fantastic. But imagine if, when you need to quickly access important passwords—say for your bank or private email—you could just enter a simple 4-6 (or even 8) digit PIN. It’s a fast, extra layer of security that makes retrieving your most critical credentials both secure and super convenient.

Add entries as favourites on Proton Authenticator
I would like the ability to add entries as favourites on Proton Authenticator.
Imagined scenario: all entries would be alphabetically ordered but the ones I have specifically chosen would also be displayed at the top of the list
Issue solved: when you have a lot of entries, it becomes cumbersome to repeatedly scroll to the frequently used codes

Filter same passwords
New users were often using the same passwords for different websites, apps… It could be useful to enable to filter all duplicated passwords, so as to update them one by one.

Add a few More User Themes / Color choices.
I would love the option to have more colors theme options like maybe a blue instead of purple or custom color picker

Support saving PRF Passkeys
Please add support for saving PRF Passkeys. You're the only Passwod manager which doesn't support them yet and it's very necessary for some services.

Allow Resizing and Collapsing Interface Panels
Add the ability to freely resize the interface panels. The leftmost panel currently takes up too much useful space despite being the least important one. It would be especially useful to collapse it into a narrow icon-only sidebar. The central panel should also be resizable, as it is currently too small.

Offline functionality and sync intelligence
While many password managers offer offline access, Proton Pass could excel here with a particularly robust system. The app should automatically detect when a connection is unstable and proactively sync all critical data in advance. In the event of conflicts between offline changes, an intelligent merge function should be offered that shows the user exactly which version contains which information, rather than simply overwriting the latest one.

Improving Android/One UI Integration
To compete with system-integrated solutions like Google Password Manager or Samsung Pass, Proton Pass needs to move beyond being "just an app" and become a deeply integrated system component. I propose the following technical improvements to achieve a seamless, high-performance experience on Android and One UI:
Full Credential Manager API Optimization: Instead of relying on legacy autofill overlays, Proton Pass should perfectly implement the Android 14+ Credential Manager API. This ensures that login prompts appear as native system bottom sheets. Specifically, the "gray square" icon bug on Samsung devices must be fixed to ensure a professional, native look.

Stay unlocked on Windows until screen locks
One option for Proton Pass and possibly other Proton applications on Windows (and perhaps other OSs) would be to offer staying unlocked until the screen/display locks. According to Lumo, it is possible for Windows applications to detect that the user's session has been locked:
WTSRegisterSessionNotification() for applications
Lock Workstation() API calls can be hooked
Desktop session state via GetSessionState()It would seem useful to be able to tell Proton Pass to stay unlocked until the screen gets locked, instead of relying on some kind of timer (one hour being the maximum). Same for the browser extension, if that is possible…

unlock Authenticator with Physical Security Key
Currently you can unlock the Proton Authenticator app with 'biometrics' which uses your Windows Sign In security. However, you can't use the physical security key option as the way to unlock the Authenticator app.

Sort Pass Monitor entries
I have items in Pass Monitor that won't be fixed soon for various reasons. I want to be able to sort the display to see what is new, based on last update date. Applies especially to "Weak" passwords, Inactive 2FA, Excluded items, Reused.

Mask newly generated passwords by default
Proton Pass already hides saved passwords in the vault and lets users copy them without revealing them. I’d like the password generator to work the same way.
When I add a passkey to an account, my next step is usually to rotate the old password to a long, random Proton Pass password that I do not know or memorize.
The passkey becomes my everyday login, and the password becomes a manager-held emergency backup.
The only weak moment is generation. Right now, the new password is shown on screen as soon as it is created. That creates a brief but unnecessary…2 votes -
Different Card Types
I use Proton Pass to manage my gift cards and library cards in addition to my credit cards. It would be really helpful if there was a way to mark card types or add specific options under the "Finance" Other Items to add these specific item types.

Allow the user to specify the login form fields used for auto-fill
Allow the user to choose which field on a login form is associated with the username, password, OTP, etc. Sometimes fields are not detected successfully, so auto-fill doesn't work. Other password managers allow the user to choose the ID of the fields in the page's HTML so they're always filled correctly.

Make text from ProtonPass web browser extension private
Clipboard managers have internal functions that tells them not to remember stuff copied from certain sources, which is the behaviour we'd want from whatever comes out of password managers.
Unfortunately, the copied text coming out of the ProtonPass web browser extension (at least on Firefox) is plain text and my clipboard manager remembers it forever in its memory, which is not ideal for security. (I'm using Pasteboard Viewer to check the type of text that is stored in the clipboard.)
Apparently, there is a way to tag text as sensitive from browser extensions: this was reported in an issue on…
