Password login Each time it opens
I would use the Proton Pass password manager if it required a log in each time I open a new instance after closing the app. I don't like to hold my phone in a constant death grip to prevent people from accessing my accounts if I'm around acquaintances. More security options for locking Proton Pass
Right now Pass is locking if you close the App to the tray. Please change that to allow more options for handling that. In Enpass you have many options for this.

Proton Pass web extension UX is confusing
The filter button in the top left lacks a label, which makes it difficult to identify at first glance. It reads as a generic button rather than an active filter. It took me a while why I was only seeing my "cards", and couldn't figure out why.
If a persistent label isn't feasible due to space constraints, surfacing the applied value inline (e.g., "Filter: Logins") would improve recognition without requiring users to recall what the button does.

Custom Icons and Colors for Proton Pass
Hello Proton Team,
First of all, thank you for building a privacy-focused ecosystem. I've been using Proton services extensively, especially Proton Pass, and I have a suggestion that I believe would greatly improve organization and usability.
Custom Icons
It would be extremely useful if users could assign custom icons to:
- Vaults
- Aliases
- Individual credentials (logins, cards, notes, identities, etc.)
This would make it much easier to visually identify items, especially for users who manage hundreds of credentials.
Custom Colors
In addition to icons, allowing users to choose custom colors would improve organization even further.

option re-enter password when opening entry
At the moment, I am using the Bitwarden password manager, and it has very useful functionality.
You can enable an option within an entry (for example, for a highly sensitive password) called “Re-enter master password when opening this entry.”
If you enable this option for something like your PayPal password entry, credit card details, or an SSH key, you will be required to re-enter your master password to view the stored credentials or information.
so this is an extra security layer for sensitive information -> open vault -> master password -> click on sensitive password entry -> master password again

Please fix this exploit vector related to the Proton Sync Feature in the Authenticator App

A user stores passwords in Proton Pass but maintains 2FA Tokens in Proton Authenticator to ensure that, in the event of a Proton account breach, accounts remain protected because the passwords and 2FA Tokens are isolated from one-another and therefore the breach of Pass only offers up the passwords.The Exploit Scenario:
An attacker gains access to an account (for example by gaining access to a recovery passphrase or a compromised emergency contact), which resets the Proton account password and disable the existing 2FA measures for the Proton account. I’d like to suggest adding live chat support, even if it is not available 24/7. Limited support hours or availability for paid plans would still be extremely valuable.

KDE Plasma DE integration like 1Password
Tighter integration with KDE Plasma DE like 1PW has would be great. Not essential, but certainly a "nice to have". As I'm evaluating switching from 1PW, both Proton Pass and 1PW are so feature rich, it's these little things that can add up.
