Have Proton Pass automatically save Passkeys into it's own vault
I would like Proton Pass to detect when a new passkey is created and add it into it's own "Passkey" vault that was setup by default. I like it when my passwords and Passkeys are seperate. I know I can do it myself but if the process was automated that would be better.

sync Generated passwords
I feel the Generated passwords (which is a very nice feature) should be synchronized across the board. Today, a password generated on the mobile app is stored there for 2 weeks, but it is not visible on the desktop app, even though the same function exists there. Synchronization of a newly generated password would be handy to, example, copy and paste into an application on the desktop or vice versa, or save it in the Proton Pass app from any device.

Import data from spreadsheet
I've used aWallet for many years. For reasons unknown, aWallet will no longer recognize my Master password. There is no recovery for the master pw.
I'm working on reconstructing the records and keeping that information on spreadsheet until I can get it into Proton Pass. I'd rather do this electronically rather than having to key the data there. I find no reference to such a feature in your help section. Can this be added relatively soon? If I missed the how-to, please point me in the right direction.

Add DuckDuckGo alias integration
I understand if this isn't a high priority for Proton, but I'd like to link my DuckDuckGo alias service to Proton Pass, as Bitwarden does. If a site blocks Proton domains but accepts DuckDuckGo, I'd appreciate if Proton could generate a duck.com alias without having to switch apps.
This isn't to avoid the 10 free alias limit (I already have Pass Premium), but for convenience. Maybe you could make this a paid-only feature.

Add SimpleLogin domains when creating aliases in Proton Pass
Please let us select SimpleLogin domains (simplelogin.com, aleeas.com, etc.) when creating aliases in Proton Pass. Also, allow them to be set as the default domain for new aliases.

Indicator for attachments, TOTP and Passkeys
If a password records has an attachment, TOTP or Passkey
It would be nice if that row had a little icon to the right on the row. Different indicators for each function.2 votes -
Additional Password option for a Note
Bitwarden Premium offers the option to add an additional layer of security to Notes that are created; you can add a password. That password is required when you try and open the Note.
Having this same function in Proton Pass too would be appreciated!2 votes -
Multiple select - Hold shift to select multiple entries (aliases, logins, etc)
Currently we have the option of multiple selecting entries like aliases and logins, however we are not able to hold shift and select multiple entries at once, rather we have to click one by one, which is the opposite of what a multiple select feature should be.
Please improve Multiple select feature including the capability of holding shift and selecting multiple entries from start to end of the list at once.

Proton Authenticator Browser Extension & Online interface
Dear Proton team,
First, thank you for the privacy-focused tools you build and maintain—they’re genuinely appreciated.
I’d like to humbly suggest the addition of a browser extension for Proton Authenticator. Having the ability to auto-fill or quickly copy TOTP codes directly from the browser would make desktop workflows much smoother, without needing to reach for a mobile device every time. Many of us already trust Proton to secure our passwords and mail; extending that seamless experience to two-factor codes feels like a natural next step.
A dedicated extension—ideally integrated with the existing Proton ecosystem and locked behind account authentication—could preserve…

Deleting aliases on SimpleLogin
Deleting an alias on Proton Pass does not delete the alias on SimpleLogin. I don't know if this is a bug or an intended feature, but the user should be able to choose whether to delete the alias on SimpleLogin as well. Now when I delete an alias in Proton Pass, I still have to go to SimpleLogin and manually delete it there. That's not user-friendly.

Integrated Phone Aliases (Recyclable Virtual Numbers) for Proton Pass
Currently, Proton Pass (and SimpleLogin) does an amazing job at hiding user emails via aliases. However, most modern services (social media, marketplaces, fintech) require a phone number for SMS verification. This is a massive privacy hole where users are forced to give up their real identity, leading to SIM swapping risks and marketing spam.
Describe the solution you'd like
I propose an "Integrated Phone Alias" system within Proton Pass.
Generation: Users can generate a virtual phone number (VMN) directly from the Pass UI.
Reception: SMS codes sent to that number appear inside the Proton Pass item (similar to how 2FA…6 votes -
Unlock Proton Pass with Yubikey (or other U2F or FIDO2 standards)
It seems like Yubikey or ohter 2FA key (standard U2F or FIDO2) are available for Proton Mail, Drive and Calendar.
But please, implement it for Proton Pass.
Password only for Windows app is not confortable and PIN is not enough secured.Regards,

Password login Each time it opens
I would use the Proton Pass password manager if it required a log in each time I open a new instance after closing the app. I don't like to hold my phone in a constant death grip to prevent people from accessing my accounts if I'm around acquaintances. My current password manager gives me peace of mind by requiring the password each time I open it, much like the banking apps do. That way I can log out of any apps that may have sensitive or private information and my password manager can't be opened by anyone who happens to…

Quick fill
Some websites require a lengthy process to log in via email. Example with vinted.com: click "Sign Up | Log In" in top bar, when "Already have an account? Log in", when "Or log in with email". This a bit tedious, and it would be nice if this was an offered then I opened the main page.

Admin-Controlled Auto-Acceptance for Vault and Password Invitations Within an Organization
Currently, every time a user is added to a vault or a shared password within Proton Pass, the recipient must actively accept the invitation before gaining access. While this makes sense for external sharing scenarios, it adds unnecessary friction in internal organizational workflows — particularly when an admin is managing access centrally.
We would like to request a configurable option in the Admin Dashboard to control invitation acceptance behavior:1- Auto-accept for admin-initiated assignments: When an admin directly assigns a user to a vault or group, the invitation should be accepted automatically without requiring action from the recipient. Since this…
