This is REALLY usefull and necessary!
I very often have to keep information that does not fit into the strict logic of certain entry types. Having a good fully-fledged Markdown support in all notes would be awesome and help so much! -

100% this should be a thing. It would simplify notes so much. There is some basic Markdown support in 1Password too which makes it great to read

Hello Proton,
Thank you for all you do! Another user mentioned adding note types in Proton Pass Notes similar to Standard Notes. Specifically and hopefully, adding a checklist with checkboxes might be quite easy.

It would be great to be able to change the text format in secure notes.
For example the options to use bold, italic and change the font size. The helps to make the notes better readable.

For notes, provide additional editing and formatting capabilities. Similar to the iPhone "Notes" feature and the app "Evernote." Would be nice to eliminate the need for those other apps

This is what's still keeping me on 1Password, once markdown support is added to ProtonPass I'm ditching 1Password.

It would be nice if the secure notes in Pass could be formatted in a nicer way. Simple stuff like checkboxes, adding pictures to notes etc could be really helpful and enable replacement of Google Keep
