Autofill the new "Other" Item type
Please add the ability to autofill the new "Other" item type. For example when I want to enter my wifi password on mobile and open Proton Pass from my keyboard, my wifi password doesn't show up as an option (even when I search for it) because it is not a login item, but an "other" item.

New item type "email account"
I am missing an item type to store the data of an email account such as the SMTP and IMAP server addresses, their ports, the handshake type, the passwords used etc.
This information is required whenever one needs to reinstall an email client. It would be faster if one could retrieve this Information from Proton Pass than having to google the provider's website to find out.4 votes -
Display vault name or icon when displaying autofill options
Display vault name or icon when displaying autofill options. Currently only the entry name and username/email are displayed. If I have two identically named entries for different family members in different vaults, I don't know which is which during autofill.
Example: the username for login is a member number, which I don't remember by heart, then during autofill I'll see two identically named entries with login numbers, not knowing which is who.
Having the vault icon/name displayed somewhere as well would immediately tell me which entry I need to select to access that family member's account.

Allow the user to specify the login form fields used for auto-fill
Allow the user to choose which field on a login form is associated with the username, password, OTP, etc. Sometimes fields are not detected successfully, so auto-fill doesn't work. Other password managers allow the user to choose the ID of the fields in the page's HTML so they're always filled correctly.

Notes Feature or Additional Fields in Proton Authenticator
Hi, I would love to see a notes feature or additional fields feature with Proton Authenticator, this way both the recovery codes and 2FA codes are in the same location. Correct me if I am wrong but this is still enforcing 2FA as Proton Authenticator will act as the second factor with either the 2FA code or recovery code. As at the moment I hear a lot of people have 2FA setup on a different app while they have their recovery codes linked to their password manager which means if the password manager is compromised there is no 2FA to…

to obscure the “Note” field
I would like to suggest a feature for Proton Pass.
The suggestion is to add the option to obscure the “Note” field with a button similar to the “Hide/Show” button in the ‘Password’ field, in addition to the option to start with the “Note” field obscured.

Sync aliases with SimpleLogin to different vaults
SimpleLogin supports directories and regex. I want to sync for every directory/regex to a different vault in Proton Pass to keep it structured and have clear responsibility borders..
Currently, I can only specify one vault where all SimpleLogin aliases will be imported into, and then I need to manually clean up.4 votes -
Seemless integration/link of Proton Authenticator in Proton pass
Hello,
I have no idea if it is already possible but if both app are installed on a phone, could the Proton Pass and proton authenticator being somehow "linked" and if a login form needs a 2FA code
=> autofill it.I guess the step linking the 2FA generator to the login/password entry in proton pass is actually missing but it would be nice.
If this feature is already possible sorry for my ignorance (could you please provide me a link to a documentation ? thanks)

Allow me to filter on existence of TOTP code
I would like the ability to filter the list of PP entries based on whether the entry has the TOTP (2FA) code set.

Proton Authenticator (PA), brief / compact view option
Currently, each code is displayed on two lines in the PA iOS version. Which makes just 6 entries per 6.3" display.
Having an option for brief, compact view with just one line per entry would be really great.
I know, there is search available, but, for example, between personal, work, prof associations, and other family accounts, I have 12 Google accounts / OTP entries in my current 2FA app. And even with the search, it'll be quite lengthy scrolling.Extra points if a user can control font size directly :)

undo option ie for accidental trash, overall trash accessibility
Undo button or Menu item for undo. It is too easy to accidentally trash an item and too hard to find the trash 'folder' (a secondary related improvement). Trash could be in the list of passwords when it has content. or Trash could be in the categories. It shouldn't take more than 2 seconds to undo an accidental deletion (and perhaps other undo options besides deletion - such as undo pastes - could make things more efficient as well.

Unlock Proton Pass by Security key
I would like to see a security key added to the Proton Pass unlock means in the browser and desktop apps.
PIN is insecure because the phrase is short. It is also difficult to remember additional phrases.
The password is long and complicated because I have set a strong password and it is hard to type it in every time.
I have set up a security key for 2-step verification of my account. That is very useful and I would like to use it for my Proton Pass unlock as well.81 votes
