Better text formatting to text items (bold, italic, eventual text size)
I find myself using the text item a lot in Proton Pass and felt like it really would help to easily find sections of some text items if we had better text formatting options. Just basic additions would suffice.
-Text size for "title", sub-title and normal text.
- Bold, italic, underline,

Login: Option to choose username or email in login fill selection dialog
There is a problem right here in uservoice, the firefox Pass extension detects the field as a username, but the website requires an email address.
Maybe I'm missing something but the only way to get around this is the manual approach of going inside the PASS extension or webapp, navigating to the specific Login entry, copying the appropriate field value there, and manually pasting it into the website's textbox.
It may be an extension bug, a misdetection or rather a misconfiguration of the website, in that case it may be nothing else Proton could do other than to appeal to…

Alphabetical order for ProtonPass entries
When I open ProtonPass, the entries are presented the most recent first.
I can re-arrange in alphabetical order with the button and it's better for me to work.
But when I re-open ProtonPass later, the alphabetical order is not conserved and the entries are presented the most recent first again.
Is it poossible to conserve user's choice ?

Proton Pass: choose autocompletion with username or email based on url/website
I have an item with email and username. The item is asociated to several urls (several applications in the same organization). Some urls require login with email, in others is the login with username which is mandatory.
In the item properties, it would be nice to define to which urls apply the username or the email on the autocompletion. At least show the two options in the popup for autocompletion.2 votes -

Website URL detection is not port sensitive.
You can have passwords for localhost:3000 and localhost:4000, but you will see both address' passwords at either URL. This is very annoying, I wish there was a button to toggle if the URL is port sensitive or not.
Every developer using proton pass wishes this feature existed.

Unlocking Proton Pass chrome extension with finger print
I have been using Dashlane password manager for 2 years. It was good, and I had option to unlock extension with fingerprint with pin and password too. But in proton pass, I am not able to see fingerprint option, so I am using this extension without any lock because I don't want to enter pin every time which is unsecure.
Fingerprint unlocking is the most basic feature, and it should not come with cost the way we don't need to pay for saving password because saving password is also the most basic feature.
It would be good if you could…

Quick view / mini-app feature in MacOS
I have just migrated from 1P******d to Proton Pass.
I would like to have a "Quickview" or "mini-app" feature like in 1P on MacOS, which has a shortcut key associated with it, and through it you can get to your stored passwords quickly.
Thanks for developing a great product set outside the US. ;)

biometric login with extension firefox
“I have your Unlimited Plan and it’s great, but one major issue that limits me from using the browser extension is that the extension doesn’t support biometric login with protonpass, and I have to type in my code. This is problematic because I’m in an environment with a lot of people coming and going, and I can’t type my code in such a situation. I kindly request that you add biometric login support to the browser extensions.”

Store the previous used password
When we generate a new password on an existing record/entry, application should be able to store the previous stored password in a separate field. It can be enabled for the "Upgrade" plan.
SImilar to 1Password, it allows the previous stored/generated password to be saved automatically to a separate field upon user generates a new password.

I would like a way to control the default sort (alphabetical rather than recent) and make it return to the last folder used.
Allow for control of how Proton Pass returns after being locked. Now it comes back showing the most recent passwords and defaults to the whole vault. I want to be able to set it to come back to the last vault I was in the default to alphabetical sort rather than recent. I want the ability to control how I see the information I have entered.

Global Auto Type
With the Mac app, the Linux version, and the Windows application, please give us the ability to set a global auto-type command like Control + CMD + P. This command should open a window where Proton Pass automatically types in the data, enabling auto-fill in non-web applications, similar to how KeePass does it.

Spotlight/Quick Access feature
1Password has an amazing feature that I believe not everyone knows about called Quick Access. It's a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + Space / Command + Shift + Space) that opens a window like Spotlight where you can search through all your entries, copy fields, auto-type, open website on browser, copy TOTP and etc. Great for quickly copying passwords and TOTP codes for native applications. As a developer, this is really important to me and it is one of the few reasons I haven't migrated Proton Pass yet.
