Crypto Mixer Built In
By its very nature, Bitcoin and most other crypto transactions are public and can be traced back fairly easily. Frankly, there are many, many wallets out there already and I don't see a reason for Proton to get in on that and dilute resources.
HOWEVER, Proton could make its Wallet truly outstanding by adding a mixer feature, similar to Tornado or Ergo. I realize this could potentially open legal implications but Proton crew is clever and can probably figure out a way around this.
Otherwise I don't really understand why Wallet even exists. It does nothing most other crypto wallets…5 votes -
Debit Card linked to Proton Wallet
Not sure how this would work or how it'd be possible the way it's setup, but a thought alas.

TON support
One of the currency I want to use in proton is telegram's ton. BTC is too expensive to use. Ton is extremely popular.

Support Cardano
Please add support for Cardano.
+ Adding support for resolving ADAHandles would be very helpful for transaction. ADAHandles is working on supporting other blockchain addresses as well, so this could potentially be a tertiary benefit in the future.8 votes -
OpenAlias for Receiving BTC
Proton's use of an email resolving to a crypto address is not unique, OpenAlias is a DNS-based open standard that has been around since 2014. This standard should be implemented so any wallet (like Cake or Electum) can send BTC to a Proton email address.

The "note" or "label" feature should be in the "receive bitcoin" window where the address is generated.
Currently, the note/label is not applied unitl after a new txn comes in. should be able to generate an address/label first, then it should use that label/note when it is incoming.

Support for Ordinals
Proton Wallet, let's add Ordinals support.
It'll be a blast sending digital art to friends and family via email. The Ordinals community will go wild, and it might just give Bitcoin adoption a turbo boost. Let's make it happen and have some fun with immutable digital assets on the mother chain.

Support Litecoin
ProtonWallet should accept Litecoin, as its robust tokenomics make it a reliable and efficient option for payments. Litecoin is often regarded as the "silver to Bitcoin's gold" because it was created by Charlie Lee in 2011 as a fork of the Bitcoin Core client, aiming to address perceived limitations in Bitcoin, particularly in terms of transaction speed and cost. Like Bitcoin, Litecoin has a fixed supply, capped at 84 million coins, which helps to maintain its value over time and prevents inflation.
Litecoin operates on a similar proof-of-work (PoW) consensus mechanism, ensuring a secure and decentralized network. However, it uses…

Support Ergo
Bitcoin is great but has serious limitations that will make a Bitcoin only ProtonWallet feel like a dead end.
Integrating Ergo, an eUTXO PoW blockchain, into ProtonWallet is the logical next step. Read the manifesto and see that there are many philosophical alignments between Proton and Ergo. It provides better optional privacy with an already implemented and only non-custodial mixer in the entire cryptocurrency industry called ErgoMixer that is based on the ZeroJoin protocol, an improvement over CoinJoin, which would be impossible to implement on Bitcoin currently and probably ever.
Ergo implements Sigma Protocols, the generalization of digital…

Improve display of sats amount
The display of amounts in sats becomes very difficult to read when the amount has more than 4 digits.
I would recommend to use spaces as thousand separators.
Further I would really love to see an additional display unit (next to BTC, mBTC and sats). This would be a mixed display notation that is adopted by many wallets and services in the bitcoin space:
for the lack of formatting options in uservoice I paste a link to an image:
