    ProtonMail bridge should be available for free users. I don't think there's anything in IMAP/SMTP such that it should be priced upon. There are many, many free users, more than paid users in protonmail. So, the bridge should be available for free users. Anyways, people donate to ProtonMail. Isn't it enough? And also it should be made available for every OS (Windows, Mac and Linux). There are people who would like to use ProtonMail bridge in Parrot OS (or something similar like Kali Linux [for privacy]). But, it's not possible just because it's available only for paid users. Everybody can't afford a paid plan! If the ProtonMail team still wants the ProtonMail bridge to be available only for paid users, please explain me why.

    Cloud storage isn't good because it's vulnerable to hardware patches and hacking. It's not a good idea.
