I'd be alright with paying extra for more custom domains above the three which come with Proton Unlimited (tho, three is a very small number for that package), but, it should be a reasonably small addon fee as it isn't much extra cost on Proton's side per custom domain.

Note, there's a similar suggestion for "Open API / Tools", link:

    https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/945460-general-ideas/suggestions/7179569-open-api-tools

I'm a fan of more apps by Proton, and, barring that, then open API's for third party apps to store/retrieve/edit files in Proton Drive for backups and document/spreadsheet apps, or edit/manage the Contacts, or look for emails with a certain label, etc.

The title is "Open API / Tools", so, it doesn't seem to be only for Proton Mail, and its associated Contacts.

I think this idea is also good for Proton Drive, which is the focus of this suggestion:

    https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/932839-proton-drive/suggestions/43582125-protondrive-api

I think the best part of Open API's which each user must give permission, via OAuth2 or better, for another app to access is the community can create open source apps to fill in the gap of apps the Proton team hasn't yet had time to create.

I'd very much like the ability to create a folder in my Proton Drive for a specific use and then share only that folder with a third party document writer and spreadsheet creator app to save/retrieve/edit the files from that folder in my Proton Drive. As is, I must download the file, edit the file, then re-upload the file and delete the old one.

I'd certainly prefer the Proton team created and managed all the apps associated with their service (and their service would be worth even more $), but, that's a massive undertaking. Perhaps they could make forks of some open source apps and customize them to work with Proton's services. For example, LibreOffice.

The Proton Drive API idea was also posted again at the below link and has more votes. Perhaps move your votes to that one?

As a separate use case for the same feature, I receive some emails which contain a very long amount of text to read (it's part of a fiction story) and it's nicer to popout the email to its own window so I can resize it (narrow and tall) for reading, and keep the window until I'm done reading the whole thing, without it being in the way of seeing new incoming emails. So, I prefer the separate window to show only the email and not have the rest of the Proton Mail web-app UI. And, that it is fully resizable by the user.

I'd be fine with the "Open in a New Window" action in the same list as View Headers and other less used options.
