I'm also interested in migrating from Dropbox to Proton Drive, and selective syncing is a crucial feature for me. Since I use multiple computers, it's essential that I can choose which files and folders are synchronized on each device based on their relevance.
For instance:
I prefer not to sync private files on my business computer.
I don't want to have any business files on my private computer.
There are certain files that I only need access to through the web and don't want them taking up space on my local machine.
Therefore, I believe it would be highly beneficial if Proton Drive offered folder selection for synchronization, commonly known as selective syncing, in its desktop clients. This feature would provide users like myself with greater control over which files are synchronized on specific devices.
