At proton's scale, I doubt it will happen, proton would have to partner with a bank in basically every country, and not every country has the same banking laws, in Switzerland, banks can't even tell the Swiss government if someone was committing fraud, vs (ignoring places like china and such) in the US, banks have no federal regulation on who they can and can't share data with(depends state to state).
My suggestion is to just try to find a bank in your country that offers VCNs and is more private.
