Please implement fido2 api for Security Key auth. Works without play services. It would increase account security greatly; not having to rely on password + TOTP and instead just a security key like yubikey. Thanks https://developer.android.com/identity/sign-in/fido2-migration

Very sad that this isn't even planned. I am unable to replace TOTP with a security key on my proton account which would enhance my security. I appeal to Proton to implement FIDO functionality without Play services.
