They need to at least have some option where you can specify the country you live in and it defaults to that countries address format. I specifically do not use Contacts in Proton Mail as my default contacts app for this reason.

Same for the US. Addresses are always formatted:
Street address: number name
City, State, Zip (Postal) CodePostal codes in the US have 5+4 format
There is so much about Proton contacts that could be improved to be more like Google Contacts, which sadly is still the best option minus privacy.

Would like to hear any updates on this as well. I would love Proton Bridge to support syncing with Calendar on Thunderbird. I finally decided to get Proton Plus (considering Proton Family in the future). This is really necessary for me to take this further. I am sure I cannot upgrade my family to Proton or myself to Proton Unlimited without this option.

This will only work for some of us if they provide the option to format the addresses the way we do in our home country. I will not use contacts until I can get the standard United States address format. I know some people in the UK who feel the same.
