There is no "internal clock". In order to keep time you need a quartz crystal and consumer computers have one on the motherboard. But they lose accuracy over time so need to synchronize with time servers which get their time from very accurate atomic clocks. If you have a consistent internet connection, your OS should handle NTP and you never have to worry about it.

Yeah, I accidentally sync'd all my aliases from my Simplelogin into Pass. I've put them into a separate vault called "Aliases" but when viewing "All vaults" it looks so messy. They really need like a separate panel/console for alias management instead of having all the aliases as items in the vault.

Why don't you use hidden custom fields? They are hidden until you click the eye icon.

I think this is already available on mobile, I don't know why it's not available on the web app or browser extension.

Part of the Webauthn specification requires checking for a user to be physically present and in control of the authenticator. For a security key, this means asking for a tap. For a password manager, this woud be in the form of clicking a button in a popup. What you're asking to do would go against the Webauthn specifications.
