    That would at least help since even if we use Proton, most others use Microsoft or Google apps.

    Yes, a replacement for the Google apps that we can sync via Proton Drive. I personally don't need presentations, but the others are important.

    I use spreadsheets for almost everything. I can't stop using Google until you add a Sheets replacement. At least start with the basics, then you can add more functionality over time.
