Windows market share is dropping rapidly now with ads, Copilot, and other slop alienating users across the Microsoft ecosystem. Linux operating systems are becoming more common, even in the Fortune 500 enterprises. Please add appropriate clients to make Linux a first class citizen alongside Apple and Microsoft.
The Proton web app experience is fantastic, but being able to directly save a file to a location that is locally encrypted and synchronized with the Proton Drive cloud would be ideal. Proton could compete with Dropbox and beat other providers such as Box to this growing market of Windows refugees.
Specifically, a desktop app for Fedora, and Debian (e.g., Ubuntu, Mint, Pop!) would be ideal. I'm sure Arch, and SUSE would be great as well but perhaps less common.
I personally am moving over to Fedora (KDE Plasma) away from Win11 and looking to replace Outlook and OneDrive to completely cancel Microsoft from my daily experience.
