If the user creates a series, individual appointments can be cancelled.
If the user needs to reject individual appointments, this is not possible <-- THIS IS THE FEATURE THAT IS MISSING. AND IT IS A CRITICAL FEATURE.
Not having this makes it impossible to work effectively with other parties.
SIde-note, if a human manager is reading this: Proton seems to have a disconnect between user-needs and what they want to achieve. Not listening to customers normally never ends well for a company.
They have come up with an office suite, whereas I would have considered a videocall tool as the next logical step for a company that started as a communication company (mail / calendar)
I recently moved to them and the service is okay (but not great I had an issue with DMARC that was resolved in 30 secs from a friend of mine and their service could not fix after 20 email ping-pong), but the calendar app misses some basic features like the one above.
At the same time there are some other "advanced" features that I frankly doubt very much the average proton user needs.
Reminder for appointments via emails? It's a nice touch, but I wouldn't think this is *really* needed.
Automatically zoom conference links to appointments? Since when is zoom the leading or secure videocall tool for Europe? And what about offering then other integration?
All in all the experience is just ok
