I completely understand the concern here. For many business users, bank transfer is still the most practical and widely accepted method, especially for recurring subscriptions where card-based systems are not ideal.

It would definitely make the workflow smoother if there was a built-in option for bank transfer with a proper recurring setup, instead of having to rely on manual support every month.

On a related note, I recently came across a service that shows how important simple, flexible payment options are for service-based businesses: www.moldremediationcharlottenc.com/, it’s a good example of how straightforward accessibility (including easy contact and service flow) can really improve the customer experience in practical industries.

I completely agree, this is a real limitation right now. Since Proton Calendar relies on shared links and ICS subscriptions, delays can happen because external calendars may only sync every several hours, sometimes even up to 16 hours depending on the provider . That makes it unreliable for real-time availability and definitely increases the risk of double bookings.

A native embed feature showing only free/busy status would solve this cleanly while preserving privacy. It would remove the dependency on Google and make Proton much more practical for business use cases.

For example, professionals who manage bookings through their website like https://powerwashinglv.us would benefit a lot from a secure, real-time availability embed directly from Proton.
