    Hy Guys,
    Totally agree with this. Pushing upgrade ads to people who already paid can feel annoying and honestly hurts trust more than it helps revenue. Once someone becomes a customer, the focus should shift toward improving their experience instead of constantly trying to upsell them. A better approach is using data to understand what existing customers actually need and offering value-driven improvements at the right time. At the end of the day, retention comes from respect, not pressure
