As a parent of children with unsupported School needs it is vital to know that an email has been sent to school notifying of late/non attendance.
Ordinarily my partner will send, but if not I will need to.
Being able to set a sieve filter that would be applied to these emails after x hours to move and auto-archive would permit my visibility of the emails in the inbox but for them to be auto-tidied in the same way as if set a expiry time - but will retain the email as evidence of communication if/when there are attempts to charge us with criminal offense of not ensuring proper education attendance by the same authority that is also breaking the law by not providing a suitable education provision.
