    I must admit, this has me a little concerned as someone who's evaluating going all in on Proton. Very impressed so far with my free tier trial of mail and Pass (love the Linux support!), but if I do subscribe I'm still going to get hit with adverts in-app? Oof.

    My "MyQ" home automation system does that @%! and it gives me a jolt of anger every time. "I already paid for this, why is there an unmutable banner ad taking up the top 1/3 of my screen?"
