    It affects EVERY USER or POTENTIAL USER because anyone can become incapacitated and everyone dies at some stage. There must be many potential new users who, like me, would upgrade to paid services if they could be sure they would not be risking problems for themselves or their families or executors if they were in an accident or fell seriously ill and became incapacitated or died.

  2. Attract MORE UPGRADES and NEW USERS by guaranteeing no runaway billing when someone dies or becomes incapacitated.

    I would upgrade if I could pay using credits and know for sure that when the credits ran out the services and the associated billing would definitely stop.
