    I just accidentally sent an email to a company from my proton email address.
    Now it is likely out there forever, being shared by data-brokers. This is a major privacy risk.

    I too would like the option define an empty/no default address. This would force me to consciously decide which email to send from.

    This would be quite an easy feature to implement. I have seen reddit posts going back years asking for this feature. I don't understand why it doesn't exist yet.
