For me, a search function that works well in cloud storage is very important. Personally, I’d also like the search to include the contents of the files. That way, I can find documents even without knowing their filenames. With a large number of documents, this can quickly become very complicated.
Accordingly, I see many advantages in being able to use just one keyword—for example, “insurance”—to immediately get a list of all files related to the topic of insurance. This saves me time because I don't have to search the cloud for a specific file. Even old files that may have been lost and are stored somewhere on the drive can be located quickly and efficiently this way.
