Yes, please.
I have around 100 folders. When moving a message to a folder, I can easily select the desired folder by typing a few letters of its name. But when I want to look at the contents of a specific folder, I need to scroll through a long list. I have them classed into sub-folders, but even scrolling through the list of folders within e.g. my Suppliers top
level folder is slow, tedious and error prone. (The interface to arrange sub-folders within a folder is drag-and-drop, which is too ponderous for my number of folders, so the top-level folder contents tend to be semi-randomly arranged.)p.s. I have exactly the same problem with categories, except that a quirk of the import process means I have even more of them.

I'm in the process of moving back to Google calendar because of the single app problem. I've tried various workarounds, which solved some of the problems resulting from the combination of the two functions, but after more than a year of experimenting the results just aren't good enough.
I hate giving google any more data to use against me, but email is far more sensitive for me than calendar, particularly if I obfuscate calendar entries so they can't e.g. be useful to google "partners" who might want to know when I'll be out of town, or what medical conditions I might have, or similar.
