I used to work in Google Docs in collaboration with other authors, switched to Proton Docs, and only discovered that our comments didn't appear in the docx files when the time came to download them. It never even occurred to me they might not! The lack of this feature essentially makes Proton Docs unusable for me (especially since, through a stroke of bad luck, I couldn't consult the comments in Proton Docs either since the servers suddenly went into maintenance that day). If footnotes and other things appearing in docx files (most importantly tracked changes) don't show up in Proton Docs and/or in the downloaded docx files from Proton Drive either, that's also a huge problem. For those of us who work with text, paratext isn't optional. So I would very much like for these features to be implemented.
