    This can happen because the same font name doesn’t always mean identical rendering across platforms. Different font files, versions, fallback fonts, or browser and operating system rendering can change the appearance and size. It may help to check whether both pieces are using the exact same Arial version. Comparing the rendered output across devices can also reveal where the difference starts.
