Create outgoing filters for the email and be able to send them to a folder.

Shortcuts to different calendar layouts
I have still split my my events half in Proton and half in Google as I did not yet find a good solution.
I distinguish between two calendars:
- One for Events (like birthdays, meet colleague xy, holidays) => Everything I want to see on a monthly view, to be able to see when I am free
- One for small stuff I need to remember during the day (write back xy, book flight) => I want to view those on a schedule overview where they are just listedI tried to do this in Proton Calendar with different calendars,…

Remove forwarding recipient confirmation
I am using a third party application having a catchall mailbox. I would like to forward all emails with specific conditions to this mailbox. However, this is not working as the third party application won't confirm the confirmation request sent by Proton. Can we have an option to not ask for confirmation from the recipient?

Ability to add a short comment/tags to email addresses/alias's in proton mail
It would be really useful to be able to tag or add a description to my email alias's within protonmail in order to easily show what their intended purpose is.
For example I have an email address that is solely used for banking and being able to differentiate this within Protonmail would be useful, especially as I use more and more alias's.

Stop forcing the view to the top after loading an email.
Every time I open an email to read it and start scrolling down, it always throws me back to the top of the email once all things related to it have loaded. This is extremely annoying when I'm dealing with 10s of emails a day. Please stop forcing the display of the email to override user input and reorient the view to the top of the email once it gets everything loaded.

Option for Sent folder to still show Archived emails on Proton Mail Bridge
Proton Mail's webmail/etc still shows archived sent emails in the Sent folder, but currently they disappear from the Sent folder provided by the Proton Mail Bridge, which I find really frustrating as it means I can't find all the emails I've sent (in one place) & think they've been lost or never existed. GMail doesn't have this weird behaviour.
Please add an option so that the Sent folder still contains archived emails.
It would also help when using "imapsync" to migrate emails from GMail.

Snoozed emails identification
Snoozed emails can have some sort of an icon or something to show they are snoozed. Currently, when they appear in the inbox again, it looks like it's a new email and takes a while to realize it's a snoozed one.

Facing an error while opening OST file, need email access urgently
Whenever I try to open my OST file, Outlook shows an error and fails to load the mailbox. I have already tried basic troubleshooting, but nothing worked. These emails are business-related and urgently needed. I am looking for a dependable solution to access the data without risking loss.

Send As
While switching, I have forwarded me old emails to proton. A nice feature would be to add the old email's SMTP server details so I can continue to send as that email for a short period until I have fully transitioned onto Proton Mail.

Notifications for Pending Events
Events can be created in Proton Calendar manually or can be automatically imported when attached to emails.
For example, when booking a meeting time in a third party calendar, it's common for an email with a calendar invitation to be sent.This feature request relates to email attached invitation handling.
If the event is accepted then notifications are sent. Expected
If the event is declined then notifications are not sent. Expected.If the event has been neither accepted or declined then notifications (e.g: 15m & 60m before) are not sent.

Bonjour,J'ai une petite idée qui peut relier proton calendrier ou voir meme l'intégrer a l'application.
Pourquoi ne pas avoir une app ou un onglet dans le menu de calendrier pour les rappels ?
Ceci pourrait permettre de trier directement nos rappels dans différents catégories, cree des rappels partager, pour mon cas avec un coach sportif ou ma compagne par exemple. Comme le fait l'application de Apple ou bien de Samsung qui synchronise directement les rappels dans le calendrier. Cela serait bien plus simple que de crée un calendrier séparément.
Voilà mon idée, je sais pas si elle est…

All Mail view should indicate folder containing item
The "All Mail" view should indicate where the item is located in the folder structure.
I recently received a 2FA code sent from a site. Typically this would go in the "Inbox", but it did not show. Found it in "All Mail", so I could use it but it would be nice to know where it went in the first place. It was not in Spam.3 votes -

Add a filter to automatically block or flag sender domains or links inside the mail that are newly registered within the mail.
