All Mail (User Defined)
Instead of only having the option to exclude Spam and Trash from ALL MAIL, have every folder listed in settings with on off switches to include or exclude each folder in/from ALL MAIL.

Mozilla Firefox 143.0b5 x64 — "Unsupported browser"
When I try to open mail.proton.me I constantly see an error message with the text:
Unsupported browser. You are using an unsupported browser. Please update it to the latest version or use a different browser. More info
At the same time, on proton.me/support/recommended-browsers I read:
Proton Mail has been fully tested and works well with most modern browsers. However, we only recommend browsers that also respect your privacy. These include:
Mozilla FirefoxDid Mozilla break something in its beta, causing it to stop supporting something necessary for mail.proton.me to work?

Offload Email on Mobile
The iOS app stores all my email on my phone which takes more space than I’d like. Please add the option to offload emails beyond a given age to store only on the server but retain enough metadata in the mobile app to search the full set of emails so they can be redownloaded on demand.

Keep the search bar visible when a message is open (Row layout)
In Row layout, when you open a message, the search bar disappears, it's replaced by a toolbar. To search again, you have to go back to the list first.
And most of that toolbar is redundant: mark as unread, delete, move and label are already in the message's own toolbar, just below.
Suggestion: keep the search bar visible at all times, like in Column layout (and other webmail). The few actions that are only in the top toolbar (back, archive, spam, previous/next) could sit next to it, or move to the message toolbar.

Show a short message preview in the list (using the local search index)
In Gmail (and Outlook), each row of the message list shows:

The preview is often useful, it tells you more about the message than the subject alone. I used Gmail a lot, and the preview really helps you scan the list and find emails faster.
In Proton webmail, the list has no preview.I understand why Proton didn't did it like Gmail, because messages are only decrypted when you open them.

Option to automatically discard old calendar events after a given time period in Proton Calendar. This would be really useful for people like me who use Proton Calendar to sync my class schedule. It would also help reduce the amount of shared storage capacity between Main and Calendar from old events I don't really care about keeping.

Feedback on the Usage Restrictions for the Desktop App for Free Users
I find it somewhat contradictory that, as a free user, you can use Proton Mail and Proton Calendar on your smartphone without any issues, while access via the desktop app is only possible with a paid subscription. Users who primarily work on a computer, in particular, view this as an unnecessary and artificial restriction.
Personally, if I were to switch to Proton Mail Plus, I’d prefer to use the Proton Mail Bridge to connect my inbox to an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook—so the desktop app wouldn’t be a deciding factor for me at all. As a result, the…

When printing to PDF, file gets named Inbox _ email _ Proton Mail.pdf

Calendar › Settings › Notifications › Default "days before" time
Allow to define the default time for "days before" notification (per type: notification, email).
Currently it's 9am. I prefer 6am to be sure the notification mails will be there when I first check my mails.

Allow managed members of an organization to set up the Gmail connection
In my Proton organization, a managed member (an account I created, not admin, not private) cannot set up the Gmail connection. In Settings > Import via Easy Switch > Google, the flow always creates "Google Message (forwarding only)". Deleting it and starting again gives the same result. The member receives Gmail mail in Proton but cannot send from the Gmail address. On a standalone Proton account, the same steps create the full connection.
The web client blocks this on purpose: a managed user gets the connection only as an admin.

Escape Esc button should close PDF preview
currently in MacOS desktop app Version 1.15.1 (417),
Escape button when previewing a PDF in desktop app closes the PDF as expected,
BUT
after you mouse click inside the PDF, it stops working and requires you to manually click X button to go out of the PDF reader1 vote -

I am a regular user of Proton Mail on Android and really appreciate the platform's security and privacy features.
