  1. Which Method Helps Migrate IMAP to Office 365 While Filtering Emails?

Filtering emails before migration helps users transfer only the messages they need. Aryson IMAP Backup Tool provides date filters and advanced email filters to manage mailbox content. Users can preview emails, select specific folders, and process multiple accounts through CSV input. If you plan to migrate IMAP to Office 365, you can also use duplicate email removal and skip previously migrated emails. The tool supports preserving folder hierarchy, email formatting, and attachments. These options help organize the transfer and reduce unnecessary data movement. After migration, review the destination mailbox to confirm that the selected emails and attachments are available.

  2. How Can I Find Duplicate Files in Multiple Folders at Once?

To find duplicate files in multiple folders at once, use a duplicate file finder that can scan several selected folders and their subfolders simultaneously. Manually checking each location can take considerable time and may cause you to overlook identical files saved under different names. SysInfo Duplicate File Finder and Remover makes this process easier by allowing you to add multiple files or folders together and scan them in a single operation. It identifies duplicate files based on file names or content, even when they have different extensions. The software supports more than 80 file formats and displays file details, sizes,…

  3. Independent Day/Night theme options in the Windows app

The Proton Mail web app offers Day Theme and Night Theme in addition to “Sync with system.”

The Windows app currently only has “Sync with system” and lacks the ability to manually choose Day or Night theme.Could the same theme options available in the web app be added to the Windows app?

  4. A more dynamic view for Calendar!

Have been a paid subscriber for the better part of a decade. Begging for years now that the calendar view be more dynamic (both in hopes the view can begin in the present week rather than the top of the month). And that the view can be customizable (2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks). This seems like such an incredibly easy request to fulfill and other calendars have it. Is there any hope of realizing this any time soon?? Thank you

  5. Booking Pages - Add event to multiple calendars

I love that the Booking Pages can "Check additional calendars for availability". I have set up a page to let people book time with one other staff person and me.

However, the booked event only appears on my calendar.

Can we add a toggle or selector to have the booked event appear and block time on multiple calendars?

It would be ideal if the option to check multiple calendars for availability was distinct from the option to add multiple calendars to the booked event. In this use case, we might have an organization-wide calendar showing all sales calls, and I…

  6. AES 256 FOR THE TLS CONNECTION

It was common for the Protonmail account to make use of a TLS 3.0 connection encrypted with AES256 in GCM. Now I find usually that AES256 has been replaced by AES128. Isn't AES256 safer than AES128 ? I think Protonmail should go back to provide an AES256 TLS connection to users.

  7. Kacheln statt Spalten im Calendar und mehr ...

First of all: Until now, I have been using the Android app "aCalendar+".
Since Proton Calendar cannot be synchronized with aCalendar+ (which is understandable for privacy reasons), I have to make a choice between using a non-Proton calendar or switching entirely to Proton Calendar.

    1. Use of screen space
The columns in Proton Calendar take up an enormous amount of space for time slots that contain no entries. As a result, there is less room for appointment details to be displayed directly and visibly.
This is handled much better by the tile-based layout in aCalendar+. Even in the weekly view, I…

  8. What Should IT Teams Verify After Moving SharePoint Data to a New Tenant?

Moving SharePoint data to a new Microsoft 365 tenant is not just about transferring files. IT teams also need to check whether the migrated content is accessible, whether the folder structure is correct, and whether users can continue working without unnecessary interruptions. A migration may look complete in the task report, but post-migration validation is equally important.

The SysInfo SharePoint Migration Tool provides migration reports that help administrators review completed, skipped, and failed items. Its Active Tasks section displays migration progress, while All Reports provides details that can be used to identify items that need attention. Administrators can also use…

  9. Additional fields in contacts

It would be very helpful to add prefix, middle name(s), and suffix to the existing first and last name fields (look up apple contacts). It keeps data neat, sorting correct and users happy. Bonus points for maiden name too!

  10. True <a> links for mails

I have noticed that the mail list items in the web client are implemented using non-semantic elements (like <div> or <span>) with click events, instead of standard <a> tags.

This breaks keyboard navigation and accessibility tools like Vimium, which rely on actual links to function. Please consider using semantic HTML for your list items.

  11. Remove the limits on depth of Mail folder system

  12. Add a 'Today', or even '24 Hours', smart box as a Mail feature.

Apple Mail has this and it's very useful. Quickly view All of today's mail, regardless of which folder it may be in. Filtering mail to folders is great, sometimes I need to quickly locate an email message from today. As a new feature, it could be designed to display messages from 'today' or a rolling '24 hours', for example. I personally like the 24 hour idea better.

Not having this feature is what prevents me from building my desired filter system. It's too inefficient for me to continuously check mutliple folders to identify messages that came in today.

  13. Make it easier to confirm spam versus real mail

Most spam mails I receive come from e-mail addresses that are obviously spam. The senders as visible are companies I deal with. I end up reviewing every spam mail to check if they are real spam or not. Would it be possible to design something that makes it easier to review spam vs regular commercial mail? For example, perhaps show me the e-mail address of the sender in the spam view?

  14. Possibility to create and share adress books

At the moment in Proton Mail I have an adress book where I can add addresses of my contacts. That's it.

Beside other features like integrating with android/ios system address book or showing contact events (birthday, anniversary) in the calendar, there is one other thing that keeps us from ultimately shutting our selfhosted nextcloud down:

Multiple Adressbooks that can be shared.

    Let me explain.
My wife and I both have a private address book with our own contacts. As freelancer I have a additional address book containing only contacts related to my work.
And, important for my wifes agreement to…

  15. Improve Calendar design

Please take a look at this calendar for mobile: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appgenix.bizcal This is what I had before I moved to Proton. I wish Proton would adopt many of its features

The month view is adjustable from a 1 week view to 8 weeks. I used the 3 week view so I could see at a glance each day's "headlines."

The month view is scrollable. It doesn't jump from October to November; it scrolls week by week

The entries in each day are clean - no bubbles around each item, taking up space and looking "messy"

Adding to the calendar is SO…

  16. Remove default notifications in Calendar

I don't want the 2 notifications as the default. (15 minute notification + 15 minute email). Neither of these is useful. Plus, sometimes I just want to enter an event quickly, without getting an email and a text notification automatically.

  17. Add autoreject for clashing meetings

When booking rooms using an email address it is necessary that the email address used automatically rejects any overlapping meetings that are attempted to be booked after the room fills a free slot. This would allow booking of time slots purely by email without using the booking pages which do not allow variable length meetings

  18. Participation options for shared Calenders

A shared calander has many advantages I favour above inviting people to an event especially with people I share many events with (my girlfriend for example, or my flatmates) we use this a lot. One feature I am missing tho is the option to opt out of an event of that shared calander similar to an event I was invited to. As an example my flatmates go to a concert and put it into the shared calendar. I can't go for some reason and now this event still clutters my view. Another nice feature of this would be that everyone…

  19. Is It Possible to Repair Access Database Without Microsoft Access?

Yes, you can attempt to recover an Access database without installing Microsoft Access by using a dedicated recovery utility. Aryson Access Database Recovery supports MDB and ACCDB files and provides Standard and Advanced scanning modes. It displays recoverable database objects in a tree-structure preview, allowing you to inspect available content before saving. The software supports recovery of tables, queries, indexes, relationships, and OLE, MEMO, and BLOB data. If you need to repair access database files, this approach lets you examine recovery results without opening the database in Microsoft Access. However, successful recovery depends on the extent of file corruption, and…
