Looking forward to a ProtonCalendar. I have shown my friends and family the ProtonMail application and would like to show them an integrated Calendar. All the best to the Proton developers. Thank you for your dedication to privacy!

I've weaned myself from google products this week, paid for protonmail so i can use my domain and email, and everythings going well on my android phone being de-googled....except i can't calendar. Looking forward to this feature soon and would pay for it even. I am self employed and rely heavily on my google calendar..now I'm using a google calendar on my phone but it doesn't sync with anything as I'm not signed in. Thanks!

ProtonMail has made Gmail unnecessary for me.
ProtonMail Contacts are now full-featured enough to replace Google Contacts.I have weaned myself from Gmail and Google contacts as a result.
Still desperately needed: ProtonMail Calendar.
When ProtonMail Calendar comes online, I will cancel my Gmail account entirely.
Still on my wish-list: ProtonMail Tasks, ProtonMail Notes. But there are third-party solutions to those problems that work well enough for now. Calendaring should be the focus going forward.

I am already a paid proton user, but do not use proton mail much, as I need an integrated calendar, so I can ditch Google entirely. A very flexible contact manager and then <Notes> would be a lovely bonus.

contacts and calendar much needed features, I am planning to become a paid user soon, since I can switch from the Gsuite with these added! In priority (for me) it is Contact sync (carddav), calendar sync (caldav) and notes. This last one is not a blocker but would like to have it as well!

I really miss Google Calendar, but obviously I am afraid to use it. My paper diary is very secure, but it does not email me reminders.

If ProtonMail were able to provide secure contact and calendar integration, it would become my default service instead of Google. I also use an electronic task manager ("To Do" list) and would be happy to see such functionality included in the development roadmap.
I would be willing to pay an annual subscription fee to sustain the development and ongoing support of such functionality.

Calendar and contacts management (includind synch of course) would be a great plus and would bring many people from other - not protected - services.
10 votes just on this ! -

If they will sync it with mobile then it will create a problem. SO maybe different apps would be good idea. I also need this feature.

What? does this even mea?

I don’t think this would be a good idea. It would defeat ProtonMail purpose, which is SECURITY & PRIVACY. A workaround for this, would be a ProtonMail Calendar and Contacts Add Ons

This feature would be a nice alternative to the Google stuff, i miss a trusted secured calendar app. Proton could be a leader in trusted app. I would love to see a partnership with eelo.io
