Enforce Username Privacy via Primary Email Address Lockdown
As a Proton mail user,
I want all incoming mail sent to my primary Proton username (email address) to automatically bounce back to the sender as "undeliverable" (as if the account does not exists), unless the email originates from an official Proton mail domain,
So that I an keep my primary account username entirely hidden and free of clutter, forcing all external correspondence (i.e. everything except for official Proton correspondence) to go through my managed aliases or Proton Pass aliases*I understand I can have something similar by creating a custom Sieve with reject or discard, but it is not the same as having Proton at the mail gateway level automatically reject all non-official-proton mail (i.e. a hard bounce; which in effect unlike the Sieve implementation would lead a sender to believe the email address does not exists)
**This problem in part exists because proton usernames by default have an email addresses with the same username linked to them (if this were not the case then this feature would not be needed because there wouldn't necessarily be an email address that matches the given username)
***There must be strict whitelisting if this feature is implemented: Emails from Proton administrative, billing, an system alerts) should bypass this block and be delivered.
****The feature could for example be modifiable to allow emails from other proton users (i.e. proton.me, protonmail.com, proton.me, etc.) if the user chooses, which would bypass the block for them but reject any mail from any non-proton domain

I just want multiple windows of mail as an option in windows/linux. I want to have a calendar open in a window, windows with different mailboxes, and windows for writing emails so I can cross reference all of this data while working.

enable reminders to be sent to phone as text messages
As someone who needs strong, clear reminders that don't require me to remember to check my email and then have to click the currently oblique email reminders in proton, I would love to see the option to have event reminders sent to me by text message - as often as I need them.

Bulk import/export of sieve filters
As a power-user I have extensive Sieve scripts that are split up into domains of functionality so that it is easier to manage and so that I can run smaller pieces of the larger filter set against my existing mailbox if that is necessary without it needing to run the whole filter.
I also keep them in version control and have a suite of tests that I run against them when making changes. When I'm done with implementing something new it is really frustrating to have to go to each one individually, copy the contents and paste them into the UI. It would be great if you could support some means of bulk-updating the filters. I can think of three ways to do this:
Map the filenames to the names of the filters. If they don't match, prompt the user for the filter to update for unmatched files.
Support uploading as a zip file, with a TOML or YAML config that maps filter names to files.
Support some custom syntax in a comment at the top of the file that specifies the filename
Then, I think ideally it does the check for each one in turn to ensure that it can update. If any of the files are invalid or otherwise cause errors the whole update gets rejected. If everything can apply cleanly then all of the changes are applied at once.
This way if there are changes in scripts that depend on each other there won't be unexpected behavior.
I would think this wouldn't be too terribly difficult to support, and wouldn't expose less savvy users to any more risk than is already present when using these filters. It is very frustrating to click each one in turn, and it's too easy to lose track of which ones you've updated. Or to accidentally paste the contents of the wrong file into a filter.

Sorting by Label
Sort by Label
Currenty you can sort your email by subject, sender, recipient and attachment. However sorting by label really would help me out big time. I flag most of my emails by type of category and the requested actions. Sorting by outstanding actions would help me big time5 votes -
Export emails to PDF

Standardise booking page weeks to start on Monday and auto-scroll to the first available week
Currently, booking pages align weeks to the current day (e.g., starting on Thursday if viewed on Thursday). This conflicts with standard regional expectations (Monday starts) and creates confusion, especially when the current week has no availability.
Requirements:
- Week Start: Force all weeks on the guest page to start on Monday, regardless of the current day.
- Default View: Automatically scroll to and highlight the first week containing available slots. If the current week is fully booked, skip it and show the next available week immediately.

"Always BCC" on Proton for iPad
I don't see why even K-9 does this but Proton won't. Is it a privacy-related thing?
Full explanation follows, for all it matters.
New to Proton, I use it on several devices although my main is a desktop computer, from which I keep track of every single thing going on at my company. The desktop is obviously locked up and safe, but my mobile devices, being mobile, are with me most of the time. Should either get stolen, I wouldn't want the info on it to be way too important - which is why I don't use it as a credit card either. Stuff like that, that many Proton users probably think of sometimes since they're privacy-conscious.
I've used Thunderbird, K-9 and Mail for a while, and I can always BCC myself when sending emails from my tablet or phone, so that I can always double check that I did send an email, even when away from the device.
I guess SMTP is indeed a solution many can make do with; however, sometimes I don't need an email to be on my phone or tablet, but I do need it to appear on my desktop client.
Why?
Convenience and confidentiality.
When I receive confidential information from clients, I immediately delete those email from my portable devices just in case I drop it or it gets stolen. But I still need to read those email on my desktop. So, all this mess could be at least partially solved with an "Always BCC myself" function. (The no-POP3 is still an issue but I'll address it somewhere else)

the ability to set recurring events based on a specific number of days
Hello Proton Team,
I am writing to request a new feature for Proton Calendar: the ability to set recurring events based on a specific number of days (e.g., "Every 28 days") rather than just "Monthly" or specific calendar dates.
Why this is important: Many users rely on calendars to track health cycles, such as menstruation, which often follow a fixed day count (e.g., 28, 29, or 30 days) rather than a calendar month. Currently, the "Monthly" recurrence option causes the event date to drift over time because months vary in length (28–31 days). This makes the calendar inaccurate for medical or health tracking purposes.
Current Limitation: The only recurrence options available are based on calendar intervals (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). There is no option to select "Every X days."
Desired Solution: Please add a recurrence option that allows users to specify a fixed interval in days (e.g., "Repeat every 28 days"). This would ensure that health tracking remains accurate regardless of the varying lengths of calendar months.
Thank you for considering this request. Accurate health tracking is a vital use case for privacy-focused calendars like Proton.

Fix pinch-to-zoom panning in the iOS Mail app & add a text-size / reflow option for emails
Problem
On the Proton Mail iOS app, emails that use a small font are hard to read. The only workaround is pinch-to-zoom with two fingers. The text does get bigger, but then I can no longer move around within the email: when I try to pan to the right to read the rest of a line, the app moves the whole view instead (swiping to the next/previous email or triggering navigation), so the zoomed content is unusable.
Steps to reproduceOpen an email with small text on the iOS app.
Pinch to zoom in to enlarge the text.
Try to drag the zoomed content horizontally (e.g. to the right) to read a long line.
Instead of panning inside the email, the whole app view shifts/navigates away.Expected behaviour
When zoomed in, I should be able to freely pan up/down and left/right within the email content, without the gesture triggering app-level navigation.
Feature requestFix the panning bug so zoomed content can be moved in all directions.
Add a dedicated text-size / font-scaling setting for reading emails (independent of pinch-zoom), ideally with automatic reflow so lines wrap to the screen width and no horizontal scrolling is needed at all. This would make small-font emails much easier to read on mobile and remove the frustrating navigation conflict.

Hotkeys on non‑English layouts
Right now hotkeys don’t support different keyboard layouts, which is quite inconvenient. I’m sure there are complete mapping tables that show which keys correspond to important hotkeys like: T, R, U, I, A and others in various layouts. I think it should be possible to map them to the English layout without any issues.
P.S. Just eight years ago there was a request on GitHub to add hotkeys — it’s surprising that they didn’t exist here at all before that. (ProtonMail/WebClients/issues/65)

partner with tuta
Proton is talking bad abaut tuta:
https://proton.me/mail/proton-mail-vs-tutanota
this is realy dirty considering that tuta doesnt even mention proton in any wayi think that proton shuldn't compete with tuta, but rather partner with them so that emails betwen tuta and proton could be encrypted.
privacy folk should cooperate not compete.
also people chill dont be fanaticly in love with proton, theyre still a corporation afterall.

Please make Contacts a separate app from Proton Mail so that I can access it directly from the Proton "Welcome" screen or app pull-down list
Please make Contacts a separate app from Proton Mail so that I can access it directly from the Proton "Welcome" screen or app pull-down list. It's a waste of time to have to open Proton Mail in order to work solely with Contacts. Your consideration would be most appreciated.

Select all email from sender
Proposed feature:
- Use the checkbox to select one or more email messages OR simply right-click on the desired email
- Choose "Select all from sender" from the context menu
- Proton selects ALL email from ALL the selected senders that are located in the current folder
- User can then use the existing "Move" button to move them into a folder, "Delete" to delete them, "Label" to label them, etc.
That is it!
REASONING: This feature would be very powerful for users because it makes complicated, multi-step tasks MUCH faster, saving users time.
For example:
GOAL: Select multiple email from different senders and move them all into a single folder
EXISTING STEPS: (1) for the first sender, open the email, (2) click on the "From" field, (3) click on the copy button, (4) return to the previous folder, (5) click on the search bar, (6) type or copy/paste the email address into the sender box and confirm, (7) select all email, (8) move the email into the desired folder, (9) repeat steps 1-8 for EVERY SENDER whose email I wish to move into the desired folder. [TOTAL STEPS = 8 * number of senders]
PROPOSED STEPS: (1) check at least one email from each sender I wish to move, (2) right click and choose "Select all from sender", (3) click on the "Move" button, (4) select the desired folder. [TOTAL STEPS = 4]
Personally, the most common task I perform is moving email in order to maintain some sort of sanity for my inbox. Filters and labels are a huge help but it quickly gets out of hand (AND it's time consuming) to create filters for every sender. This feature would save me a bunch of time and close the gap between Proton Mail and more feature-filled email platforms like Outlook.
